Absolutely fantastic. Brought as a gift for my daughter with her favourite colours and personalised with her tag name on the back... she loved it. Comes in generic xbox black controller box, made her have a massive smile, when she opened it to see it was costuming her jaw dropped. Extremely happy. Would highly recommend and will be using again in future for any new controllers needed.

First time using this company and will not be the last time ! After having used other brands of premium controllers, this company is by far the best. Quality of the build has well outlasted other well known brands. Process and delivery time was excellent. Just what you’d expect from a UK company. About time we had something on our doorstep and ControllerModz is that place !! I don’t need another controller yet but I will most likely get one anyway because ….. well why not !

Have to admit I was a bit warey ordering online but honestly couldn't be happier

The controller looks nice but, the Crip on the thumbs are already breaking after 6 month, not even on the standard one I used for a year before didn't do that, and the R1 button feals a little og and the O button sometimes stick after such a short time And after that price i expected more. I wouldn't recommend and I'm not gonna use this site again.

Great company. I ordered a custom ps5 controller from here 3 months ago. Very very happy with it. The buttons on the back and the clickey triggers are brilliant and well worth the money for call of duty.

Had some issues with the X button sticking so sent an email and they replied right away saying to send it back and they will fix or replace it for me. Since then I have even ordered another controller using the loyalty discount they sent me by email.

I really recommend this company over other custom/modified controller companies. I have had many friends also order from them now too. All very happy.

Not just the controllers are good, but the customer service is too. Which is rare with most businesses nowadays.

The service from these guys is very quick, they are great at communicating what is happening and helpful when there are issues. We needed a repair and they were brilliant. A pleasure to deal with, highly recommended

Where do I begin? I’m am beyond impressed with this company! I ordered this on a Sunday and by Thursday it had been delivered! The quality is exceptional and exactly what I asked for. I ordered a personalised Xbox controller for my other half’s bday and I can’t wait to gift it to him! The quality, the efficiency, the customer service…10/10!
I was panicking trying to find a company that would deliver something personalised like this, especially since my other half’s bday is 2 days before Christmas! This company has not let me down, they’ve really come through and will make one gaming man very happy this year!

My Friend found this website after being let down by the scufs website when trying to buy the ps5 controller and i am not disappointed. controller is great and have no complaints regarding it.

the only comment i have is they should maybe stop the mods(not the back buttons or click triggers but the rapid fire and auto jump shot) as this is allowing people to cheat in games.

will be back when i need to get another one

I’m a tech idiot who’s nearly 50 and decided to buy a controller to see if help’s my game play.
I had a few issues with getting it set up(me being thick) so I emailed James and he duely sent the instructions, still no joy at my end.
A few emails later and I was finally understanding my controller, James was so patient with and very understanding.
The delivery was super fast as well!

I ordered a custom PS4 controller as a gift for my boyfriend last year, which arrived on time and looked even better in person. This year, having been satisfied by Controllermodz I decided to get a custom ps5 controller from them, even though many people suggested Scuff. But I was so pleased last time and I didn't want to risk it. I realized I made the right choice because when the controller arrived I wasn't very pleased with the pink colour I chose because it did not suit the Flamingo Design. As soon as I got in touch with their Customer Service, James was so eager to solve my problem and sent a replacement controller in a different colour as soon as I sent him proof of postage. Controllermodz is lucky to have such a helpful employee. Our correspondence was very pleasant as he was replying very quick (even on weekends). Definitely returning to buy more !!

Ordered a controller Friday, came on Tuesday and it exceeding expectations. Build quality is excellent and sturdy. Will order again!

Purchased a customised controller for my partner as a Christmas present and she's delighted with it. Great design options, feels like a brand new controller (well, it is) and the Razorback features are so easy to use. Running around in Vanguard and jump shotting everyone with no effort so much fun. It also arrived around four days earlier than estimated.

Oh and they're really helpful and responsive with email queries. 10/10
