Exactly what I asked for, came in original box, arrived very quickly even during this worldwide pandemic. Couldn't be more satisfied!

I would like to thank all the staff at controller modz for the excellent customer service provided. After having a couple of issues with the controller it was returned and replaced within 5 days . Absolutely delighted. Will definitely buy from them again 😃😃

I contacted mods after my 26 yr old sons controller i got him for his birthday was not aligned after only having it 6 months of having it, I then noticed there warranty so thought nothing would be done and I felt dissapointed. To receive a email back with a form to return it and either it will be repaired or replaced. I paid £5 to send it back signed for and by the thursday it had been returned. It's working lovely and hes a very happy man now. Such a big kid. I would like to say thank you. The only suggestion I would have if a note on the return explained if it had been repaired or replaced would have been nice as I had to wait for him to have time to try it out before I knew it had been done. But still a happy customer so thank you

Excellent customer service and speedy response. My son wanted to change controller button colours and nothing was a problem. There was no extra charge even though I requested a price to change. Posted controller back on Wednesday it was delivered back on the Saturday morning. First class service.

Excellent service & despatch time. Received my order within 2 days of placing an order even though i had ordered after the guaranteed christmas delivery dates. Very professional & user friendly website & will definitely be using again. Cut above the rest for custom controllers, wouldn't buy from anyhwere else!

Great product and when I thought I had an issue with mine they taught me a simple trick to fix it, I emailed with a very friendly, & helpful customer service person.

Fab company to order from and to deal with. Grandson is 13, no idea what to get for Xmas, their website and gifts were a godsend. Easy ordering system, lots of choice. Not sure if it was the owner or customer services, but I was emailed with what felt like a personal thank you same day. Item arrived quickly and is better than I expected, so felt it was good value for money. They have discount codes out there so all in all I have been very happy witht the purchase, service and end product. Thank you, no doubt I shall return next birthday and Christmas :-)

When I ordered this product the process was easy, deliver was great and the product was fantastic. When it came to after sales care, there was a specifically human element to their responses and willingness a fan desire to provide me a resolution that was to my satisfaction. I was offered a Number of solutions to my issue and they went out of their way (especially James) to try and provide me the best possible customer experience.

Second time I have purchased goods from ControllerModz and safely can say that should I need to return, I definitely would.

The time from purchase to dispatch is rapid, the product itself is of the highest quality, the communication in between as well is superb.

Another thing I enjoyed about my purchase is the high levels of customer service from the team, it's always nice to receive an email asking for feedback and to get a response from the main man explaining the changes they hope to implement in the future lets you know just how hard they are working to keep the satisfaction of the customers to a high.

I hold this company in very high regard and would recommend anyone who is looking for modified controllers to head here. Big thumbs up!

Customer service from these guys is Excellent, and so is the time from ordering to receiving your controller.
Now, on to the controller itself, I bought a stock Razorback Maxfire with the two Domin8tor buttons. WOW ! , the remapping buttons have helped me tremendously, using them on Destiny, without having to take my thumb off the R3 is Amazing !
When I need controllers for the next gen console I know where I'm getting them from, THESE GUYS !!!

I have just purchased which is now my 3rd controller from Controller Modz and absolutely love them! I have a controller for my shooting games which has the awesome bullet buttons, one for my racing games and now ome I use for my Final Fantasy games.
The website is so easy to navigate and use to find exactly what you want and you can see your design being built as you're picking your parts!! Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to personalise their gaming experience or just to make it more fun!

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a smooth and happy experience with a company like I’ve had with these folks.

From the site being super simple to use to the customer service which I’d go as far to say I’d buy a beer for at this point and controller being exactly what I had hoped for.

I’ve had custom controllers before but the finish on the other controllers was always tacky or there would be some imperfections (scratches, misprints of decals, cheap parts etc)

I have a form of OCD and I am highly sensitive to small imperfections yet I have nothing but praise for the controller I received!

The controller I got here was a masterpiece, the parts are sturdy, the decals/graphics are high equality and not easily scratch-able and it was good to go fresh out of the box with the two duracell batteries I didn’t even realise came with it

The customer service felt more like talking to a friend than a drone behind a computer screen, in addition, even though the conversation was friendly they remained professional throughout the whole process, replying to questions within an hour at most, giving detailed answers and just all round being a company that I look forward to buying with again when the new Xbox Elite 2 controller is released

The controller looks amazing. Love being able to create my own. There was a fault with mine but got it sorted very quickly. Customer service is great, especially James.
