I was recommended this company by Manning Stainton Crossgates and was allocated to team Jayne. I would strongly advise against using them. Their communication was slow to non-existent. I rarely received proactive updates and had to chase repeatedly for basic information.

After two weeks of inaction, they finally informed me that they could not provide the service because my bank was not in their database. To make matters worse, I am still chasing them for a refund to this day.

We had Mark as our solicitor for both our sale and purchase, and he was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was extremely efficient, explained everything clearly, and kept us well updated at every stage. We ran into a few issues with our new build, but Mark was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience feel much smoother and far less stressful. We’re really grateful for his support and would highly recommend him.

Mark was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process. As a first-time buyer with a million questions, I never once felt rushed or like a burden. His clear guidance and steady support made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and far less anxiety-inducing. We hit a bunch of roadblocks but Mark helped us through seamlessly.

We were assigned Claire Cale’s team and they have been great at being responsive and keeping us in the loop. When we’ve had issues, they have been quick to act.
The app had stopped working on our sale, so it was hard to follow where we were in the process but everything has been good other than that.
Claire was also great when we encountered problems with our purchase and the app did update for this.

Mark Higginson is now our go to conveyancer! I've been an estate agent for nearly 20 years and Mark and Conveyancing home have been excellent in every case we have passed them! From complex cases to other firms that dragging heels they are constantly working to get cases to the finish line. Something that NO other solicitor has done for over 10 years is phone to give you an update, but I will get 2/3 calls a week just to let me know what's happening and if anything needs a 2nd person to chase he will let me know straight away. There are so many choices for conveyancing but nothing so reasonably priced will impress you as much.

Tara was absolutely superb throughout. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience. I would highly recommend this service as every call was answered, returned and any questions Tara answered. Every request I had which wasn’t many due to the proactive nature was achieved and I would definitely return and re-use Tara for any future service.
