I'm using Cookie-Script for all my clients and the user experience as well as the setup is all in all very good.

I used 4 different cookie banner solutions. CookieScript is definitely on the easier side to use. And it is the only one that worked right out of the box with our (kinda special) GTM setup. Combined with the fair pricing its really the best solution for us.
I'll give 5 stars when they improve the generator for the privacy terms. Right now it is kind of basic.

Really frustrating customer service - can't get through to a person, all chatbots. I have an issue with the Cookie banner not closing (we have been using it for months, made no changes to the settings). I follow the chatbot instructions, but there is still an issue - would really like to speak to an acutal person to resolve.

I found Cookie Script easy to use and very cheap! I like the traffic light warnings about possible compliance volitions if I enabled certain features, and having GEO-IP multi-banner for California included for free was great.
