Great customer service,knowledgeable staff and a good stock of Amflow spares.

Customer service is pretty much none existent been waiting for my bike for 4 months now, I ring up for updates to not even be asked my name and then told to call back next week, I understand the first come first serve policy but it’s a kick in the teeth when you’ve already paid for the bike outright whatever happen to cash is king?!

Had to buy a new screen for my Amflow. Cookson cycles seem to be the only shop to have it in stock. I had a few queries regarding the delivery I emailed the shop. They replied straight away and my product arrived the very day they told me on the email. Great costumer service would certainly recommend this shop

I bought winter riding gloves. Great price (better than nearly all other sellers). Communication excellent from order to delivery. Very pleased with the service . We will look again when we need other biking gear.

Great experience. Ordered online and needed a new single right crank arm for a new bike. The one shipped with the bike cross threaded when installing a brand new pedal.
Had stock, packed and delivered quickly.
Had to contact the store and their customer service was 2nd to none. Really great guys.

Had a bike fit today, it was an amazing experience with every one of my issues on the bike addressed in detail. Very patient and explanatory, will definitely return for an update once I’ve ridden for a while. Stellar customer service and proper attention to detail.
