Vi bestilte i juli og fik leveret da sommeren var ovre et board med diverse tilbehør. For det første var det ikke hele ordren der kom, de havde glemt en vest og for det andet var der meget længere leveringstid end adviseret.
Det er nu 3 måneder siden vi har returneret varerne men ikke set en krone af de ca. 2.300 kr vi skulle have retur på vores ordre csdk22063 - hold jer væk.
Ingen svar på hverken mail eller telefon.

No option for 0 stars! As seen in previous replies, my item was available for collection at a further cost of £54, collected my paddle boards today, however only 1 board in the box and I paid for 2!! This company just continues to amaze me, could you let me know when the 2nd board will arrive, or just be decent and refund me the cost of the other board!

Hi.
Anyone in the Uk?
Have you received a bill off Fedex for import taxes and delivery? Were you expecting it?
I didnt pay it and now have a company called control account chasing me for £120!!
Did receive the boards in the end but didnt know about the fedexcharges.
Any experience or advice?
Coolsnow are awful, buy elsewhere

Product arrived 4 months after order date which came with £110.03 delivery charge. (this was not stated in the terms and conditions)

After discovering this company is a scam I requested a refund via PayPal and had my money back in my account within 5 minutes. Thought that was the end of it until a week or so ago I had an email saying my order is on its way? I ignored the email and now today I’ve had a UPs failed delivery notice put through the door “who didn’t even knock” with a little notice on it saying £104 owed to collect? Absolute madness and unnecessary phone calls now to try sort this out..

I would like to apologize for the fact that your refund has not been processed yet.

From the end of 2020 until the middle of 2021, CoolSnow has had an extreme upswing in orders. CoolSnow has gone from having 9,000 orders the year before, to now having 102,000 orders in the last 10 months. We have therefore had to acknowledge that the company's growth had outrun the setup we had in place. In April 2021, our largest payment provider terminated the collaboration and freezes a large sum of liquidity. At the same time, the shipping situation in Asia is deteriorating due to further Covid-19 lockdowns. We go from a few days delivery time, to several months.

To ensure it all, CoolSnow has done as other in the industries that have been hit hard by the Covid crisis. The company prioritises in customer matters and pays money back on an ongoing basis - or delivers the goods that have been ordered. As we have also seen with e.g. various airlines, the company does not have the option of paying back all the money at once. This will put the company's finances at risk and entail a risk that no customers will get their money at all.

I can therefore assure you that your refund is queued. You do not need to do anything further from here. We hope to be through all cases before the end of the year.

In response to earlier comments from Victor, and after seeing the responses everyone else has been getting, here a follow up.

Still no email from cool surf/snow. It's been a month since Victor said someone would be in touch about my refund.

I've seen the excuse that the refund is queued in Mollie. Mollie is a payment processor, able to authorise up to 100 refunds at once. There is absolutely no excuse for these massive delays in refund processing.

I've seen the response that all emails from October have been replied to, this is also a lie, as my numerous emails have not been replied to, so for those of you who are frustrated be these pathetic responses from their customer service time, just know that we all understand, and that this method of dispute management is doing nothing for their reputation.

Yes, I want a refund.

Genau wie bei denn meisten hier wurde…

Genau wie bei denn meisten hier wurde ich im Glauben gelassen eine
Zeitnahe Stornierung erfolgreich abschließen zu können....
Ende Juni hab ich auf dieser Seite bestellt aber auch zeitnah storniert.
Mit einer Stornierungsbestätigung von coolsnow dachte ich das mein Geld zeitnah zurück gebucht wird.
Nach x Versuchen(Mails,anrufe,fristen)
Kam immer was anderes.
Ich werde das ganze über die Polizei und Bank regeln lassen da sonst eh nix passiert!

I mitten av juli beställde jag flera flytvästar och surfpaddel de har skickat flytvästar men inte surfpaddel. Habe Anfang Juni meine stand up paddles…

Habe Anfang Juni meine stand up paddles bestellt und bezahlt, bis dato sind noch keine stand up paddles bei mir geliefert worden.
Beim Support nachgefragt wie der Status meiner Bestellung aussieht und dann auf einmal die. Meldung bei Klarna ist nie eine Zahlung bei cool snow eingelangt obwohl ich von meiner Bank und von der Klarna Bank eine Buchungsbestätigung bekommen habe. Buchungsbestätigung und Bestellbestätigung an den Support geschickt und dann war Funk Stille vom cool snow Support
Entweder ich bekomme mein gled zurück oder ich bekomme meine stand up. Paddles oder ich wende mich an den Konsumentenschutz und werde weitere rechtliche Schritte einleiten. BETRUG sondergleichen

They have cancelled all undispatched order, and therefore you have to contact Klarna regarding your refund.

BECAUSE COOL SNOW SENT MY ORDER IN TWO SEPERATE ORDERS IT WAS PROCESSED TWICE! FOR ONE ORDER! I ENDED UP WITH A BILL FOR £125+ AND COULD NOT GET ANY AFTER SALES SUPPORT OR INFORMATION ON THIS. I PAID IT AND HAVE SINCE BEEN HASSLED BY A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY LOOKING FOR THE MONEY! TURNS OUT I PAID TOO MUCH FOR THEIR ERROR IN THE 1ST PLACE, BUT I CANNOT GET REFUNDED! AWFUL COMPANY, I WAS TOLD THIS IS HAPPENING TO LOTS OF PEOPLE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY! DO NOT BUY!

CSUK-1041 - if only there was a 0 star option.
I placed an ordered on 20th September 2021. Its now the 11th of November and I still haven't received my Order. I've emailed them on several occasion and had no real response other then my order is on its way and will be deliver in 5-7 business days, its been well over 40 business days. I feel like £410 out of pocket and I don't think I will see this money or my order any time soon. Please advise how I can take action against this company as I feel so powerless to know what to do anything about this, considering the company is based in Denmark.

Betrug

Betrug! Ich habe kein Produkt (SUP) geliefert bekommen. Zunächst wurde eine Lieferung an einen nicht mehr existierenden DPD Punkt angegeben. Auch nach mehrfachem Mahnen keine Rückantwort geschweige denn Rückerstattung.

Avoid this company

I have already written a review near the end of October. I got a very weak response to my review from victor . Does he even exist. Now nearly 3 weeks on from my review and 4 months from my order I still haven't heard anything. Have rang and emailed loads of times . The worst company I have ever dealt with . Please avoid ordering from this company .

We have received a damaged leaking…

We have received a damaged leaking paddleboard that is not repairable using the toolkit as suggested by cools now. We have now been requesting a refund for almost 2 months. We have now reached a point where they are offering pathetic 10% discounts or a free life jacket. Disgusting. It’s broken. Literally broken. We have given them till the end of the week to process or agree to process our refund, if not we will be opening up a dispute with our bank and requesting a charge back. The level of avoidance to right their obvious wrong as well as their poor customer service is shocking in this day and age. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Ignore their response below. They still haven’t refunded us and we are now pursuing our refund via small claims court and citizens advice. Disgusting people.
