Coffee was on offer when buying a grinder. Method of showing the discount is unnecessarily complicated. However when it arrived it was very light for 225g.. I weighed it and it was much less. I sent a query and guess what?! Ignored. Company responded when I gave this 1 star review on their website (which disappeared). Claimed not received my complaint (til screen shot proof). Then said it had gone to spam. Never had sent a light bag before (they said) and asked for photo of unopened bag on scales / would rectify. I have declined the offer of a replacement.

Best just to get it right guys and respond to customers when things go wrong. Hopefully my review allows them to recognise that trust is important and is not a case of ‘send a replacement’

The House Blend is worth a try people - drawing heavily on the Columbia Excelsio it is delicious and a great way to start any day.

Pretty interesting experience dealing with Copper Coffee Roasters (CCR). I bought a travel mug from their online shop however the mug I received was faulty.

I initially contacted them several times via email, call and chat, however nobody got back to me. As I was not getting any response, on the 15th of July, I left a 1 star review on their own site. Within a few minutes, someone from CCR then finally reaches out to sort my issue out.

I was told that I was to receive a replacement mug on the 16th of July. However I have yet to receive this replacement. ** The initial travel mug purchased was also returned.

Again, I have contacted several times to try to discuss the matter but I still can't seem to get through.

Upon checking their website, I noticed that my initial review that made them respond to me initially had also been deleted off their site..

I feel like I am left with no choice again but to leave a review here, where this can't be deleted.

Excellent product. Easy to order and quick delivery. Sadly, the box was very damaged when it arrived. Didn’t have time to return it as was needed for a present the day after it was received. The recipient is however enjoying their present.

The service is first class and the product is very tasty.
