Je rejoins tous les mécontents. J'ai passé deux commandes. La première en décembre 2019 et la seconde début janvier 2020. Je n'ai jamais reçu les articles. Le site a fini par ne plus répondre à mes mails.

Pull commandé en janvier 20, jamais reçu. Après de très nombreux mails de réclamation, me proposent finalement de me rembourser, ce qui n'a toujours pas été fait depuis des mois. Et ils ne répondent même plus à mes mails. J'attends encore 15 jours suite à ma dernière relance de ce jour, et si toujours pas leur réponse, je les confie à une association de consommateurs pour le principe. J'ai cherché s'ils existaient toujours et oui, il y a bien leur site.

J'ai commandé en août pour un total de 510€ et je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande. Je suis très énervée, je ne recommande pas ce site de trafikantes. Bande de banditos incapables!

i ordered boots in july now its november and still nothing they sent an email saying it was delivered to an adress in texas but i live in missouri. i got ripped off i think. id like to punch somebody in the face now.

I had tried to purchased a camo jacket and they sent me a gold plated wrist chain they said it was pulled in error and I could keep the wrist chain I don`t wear cheap costume crap so I chucked it. but they did refunded my money really. shame I really did like the jacket but once burned etc. you know the rest and i found that it was coming all the way from China no never again

This company is a total scam. I placed an order in May, received nothing and in September I queried several times. The first time they replied that the parcel was delivered - and sent me “proof” that it had been delivered to some obscure town in New Brunswick. When I replied that I live in Alberta, all I ever got back the same canned message that they are “looking at logistics to locate my parcel”, whatever that means.
I wish I’d been smart enough to read the reviews first. Sounds like the ultimate scam .

After more than 11 urgencies very very bad experience,the goods ( one pair of shoes) paid onFebruary 7,2020 till now I have nothing. The number of my order is: LE723112097CN.Instead of a/m goods was sent non-identifiable object.I’m waiting your reply. Sincerely Pokorny

Despite many emails promising to reship my order still no sign of it.
Was told my order had been delivered to WA despite me living in NSW!!
Not happy would never order from them again and would dissuade everyone to do the same!!

Ordered hundreds of dollars worth of items, back in May 2020 have never received them. Have sent numerous emails, about where parcel is, get told it’s been delivered, which it hasn’t and asked for refund or find parcel and get same reply it’s at trade centre, or been delivered. Please people Do Not Go through this company.

I really give them zero stars! I placed an order last February and now almost 9 months later, no merchandise, no response, no refund!! I should have read the reviews first!

Not goodwill for China, no. This kind of scam give China bad reputation. I Will nerver more buy anything outside europe.

Compre dos vestidos que me dijeron que ya estaban entregados y reclame con 20 mails, y siempre me decian que si que me devolvián el dinero...y desde marzo aun estoy esperando o los vestidos o el dinero...y nada. Viendo las opiniones ojo, porque es un timo en toda regla

This Company is a SCAM!!!!! DONOT BUY FROM THEM!! Ordered boots back in April- they send a order confirmation, tracking number and when I email them 5 months later with NO boots- they send a delivery confirmation that they were delivered in another province!!!! Now they’re being evasive!!!!

Terrible scam. I ordered items from the seller and he shipped completely different, counterfeit items. It took 3 months for the garbage to be delivered, despite it being clarified that it was drop shipping. I issued a complaint via Paypal and it took 3 months to win the case, but then I had to return the garbage items back to China. Shipping cost $25 to do, but I had spent $100 so thought it was worth it. The address he provided was not real, so the item was not received, and Paypal has refused to honor my return even though I shipped it directly as indicated. I couldn't encourage you not to do business with this person, and by extension Paypal, enough.

I request e one dont buy anything from them.They are totally fake . We brought for 77.97 Dollar some indian clothes. Still we did not receive it . They lied that they have send it to us . They gave tracking no .when we called Royal Mail. They said it has been delived. How come on tacking it shows it has reached Broadstairs Delivery office on 6th June 10.08 and same time Royal Mail told me it have been delivered at your house at that same day and same time on 6th June at10.08. Some thing is fishy somewhere. Then they said they will reship my order again .but up to now they taking me round round . Nothing has reached up to now . Is there any contact no I can call them or how can I complain in UK or on international level to stop this company or take legal action against them. Pls be careful with such companies. THANKS

SCAMMERS< I ordered 2 pairs of boots, in Feb 2020, it is now sept 2020, and no boots. I get the run around that they delivered them to me sept 1, 2020. Not true, then they told me they delivered them the 8th in Michigan. I LIVE IN COLORADO. They said...but we delivered the package..yes, maybe so, but not to me, I dont live in michigan for cryen out loud.

And to this date I still haven't received them ! I sent several emails to them and they claimed they sent them to me which wasn't true ! They then sent me another email apologising and saying they will resend another pair .. I still haven't received anything from them .. This company are THIEVES ! and SCAMMERS! I am going to report them to Interpol as I still haven't received any response or refund from them !!! DO not buy from these Criminals !

DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO THIS BUNCH OF LYING THIEVING SCAMMERS..... YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING!

My experience is very similar to other posts. I ordered off a Facebook ad from NewChu. Got a China tracking number. No package. Emailed them with the link on my PayPaI receipt and actually got a reply. Tried to tell me package was delivered. I requested proof of delivery and got one for a completely different address. Emailed them back with a screen print of my order with them showing the correct ship to and their tracking info showing it was not that address it delivered too. They agreed they made a mistake and were going to send out a second package. That was two months ago and I have emailed them back requesting the new tracking info. Now they are just not answering me back. I’m too late now to request a refund through PayPal as I kept giving them the chance to fix the “mistake”. Never do business with these ppl.
