This company is totally diabolical. I ordered some boots from them weeks ago. The tracking information is rubbish. It ended up saying my item was delivered, this was a downright lie. That was over a week ago and I still haven't received them.
I've also emailed this company 4 times and I haven't received an answer from them. Yet their website says that queries will be answered within 24hrs so how do you get your money back from a company that haven't the courtesy to answer you.
They are totally disreputable and dishonest. I will never order from them again and I urge others reading this review to do the same

Le 30 Juillet 2021 j ai acheté 4 pulls à 23,79. Pull Casual plus sweater turtleneck. Un rouge un noir un gris un bleu avec Paypal pour un montant de 90,40. Aucune nouvelle à ce jour. Malgré différentes interventions. J ai demandé à Paypal de. Déclarer un litige puis une reclamation. La réponse a été repoussé au 27 septembre. J ai eu beaucoup de problème avec çes ventes en ligne venant de Chine. Soit le colis n arrive jamais ‘Dans ce cas. Cela fait 80 jours que j attends. Soit les colis arrivent mais la marchandise est immonde sans aucun rapport avec ce qui a été commande. Je suis handicapée suite à un accident de la voie publique et suis fortement obligé d acheter en ligne. Attention à toutes ces sociétés anonymes se cachant sous des noms chinois qui arnaquent les clients

Je n'ai jamais reçu ma livraison. Le site prétend que la livraison a eu lieu un certain jour, alors que j'étais absente. des escrocs. Par contre, le paiement a bien été enregistré.

23 Aug 2020 een vest besteld en betaald, nooit ontvangen, op m'n mailtjes wordt niet gereageerd, vuile oplichterij!!

Dec 2021 - I ordered a sweater (fashion color block knit sweater) from Corachic. Order number CC39295.
Jan 2021 - Received email notification that sweater shipped but they shipped it to a Fort lauderdal address. I live in PA so I have no idea why it was shipped there.
Mar 2021 - After numerous emails, I heard back from the company saying they would ship a new sweater since it was shipped to the wrong adress.
Aug 2021 - I still have not received the new sweater. I have emailed about 5 times and I have not received a response.
This company is a total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I bought a dress. It took a month to come. When it arrived the fabric felt like it was a Halloween costume and the dress was not even sound correctly. There were big holes in the dress. I contacted the company and they gave me the address to send it. I told them I should not have to pay for shipping but they said I had to. When I went to the post office to send it it was going to cost $99. Do not buy from this company unless you want to get scammed.

They took my money told me lies, said my merchandise was sent out, post office said was sent to a different state. Corachic said they would replace, after that zip haven't heard from them. They do not respond to any of my 14 emails sent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU ARE WARNED.

Ordered a package that never arrived, though the tracking number they sent said it had been.
Emailed customer service who said they would send a replacement.
Two months later and nothing has arrived, sent multiple emails asking for a tracking update, still nothing.
Absolutely terrible, do not use this company.

A mi me han estafado 75€.
Después de devolver el pedido porque el genero era malísimo y gastarme 23€ en correos.
Me viene devuelto de correos porque no van a recogerlo y así no tienen que reembolsarte el importe.

I ordered some shoes that never arrived and even though the company said they would refund me for the goods, nothing was ever refunded and the shoes were never resent as they also promised to do. The company is a sham, built on deception and lies. Don't be fooled into using this service as the chances are you will not receive the goods and certainly will never see your money again. I have made many attempts to rectify the issue but they don't even reply.
My advice is simple, "Don't use this site"

Je confirme que c'est une arnaque. Comma de jamais reçue..j'ai fait plusieurs demandes de remboursement mais à chaque fois c'est la même réponse automatique...

I ordered a dress that looked like embroidered denim. What I got was a cheaply printed “dress” made out of synthetic material that felt like a garbage bag. I contacted returns, and they said I could get a refund, but I would have to pay for shipping to China! I’m donating it to Goodwill. DON’T EVER BUY THIS GARBAGE! It is, by far, the worse thing I’ve ever bought online.

They took my money I never got my items total of $108.00

Don’t order from them. Purchase made in December, May now and still no item. They claim it has been delivered. I fully expected to be disappointed by the quality, but I was surprised to be totally taken.

Don’t order from them. It’s a scam. They said it’s been delivered after 12 weeks, wanting the shoes for my wedding. It did not happen.

Truffatori e basta! Ma dò molte colpe a Pinterest e a PayPal: il primo non dovrebbe pubblicare nulla di loro e il secondo non dovrebbe autorizzare il pagamento. Ma devo dire che per fortuna PayPal mi ha rimborsato.

This is truly a sham company. I had the same experience. I ordered really glorious clothes. The tracking from China Post to USPS to delivery at my home looked legit even to my mailman but I never got it. I contacted their customer support and received an apology and a promise to resend the order. Since then (4 weeks at least) nothing. No response from them. I did get my money back from Wells Fargo,after no help from PayPal. I didnt read any reviews before shopping, which was dumb.Those clothes are so darn cute, I still want them.🤓 Just to hassle them I am still emailing them about my " missing" order. DONT DO IT! 🙋‍♀️👍
