I wouldn't give any stars here, but this website demands you do. This company is a total scam. Ordered £80 worth of clothing in Jan 2020. Did not receive anything, was promised a refund in June 2020 after endless chasing. Still chasing my refund now in March 2021. I would very strongly advise NOT to order from this so called "company". Spend your money elsewhere, where you are actually going to recieve the items you have paid your hard earned cash for.

Ordered an item. Paid , and did not receive anything. Customer service non-existent. TOTAL SCAM.

En fait, je ne devrait même pas mettre d'étoile. Car je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande. Le numéro de suivi dit livré en Ontario alors que je suis au Québec. J'ai relancé la compagnie par émail. ils m'ont offert de me retourner la commande et j'ai dit non, je préfère un remboursement et leur courriel disait qu'ils me rembourseraient et compter 10 jours ouvrables, cela fais plus de1 mois et pas de remboursement et ils ne répondent plus à mes courriels.

Usare un linguaggio non offensivo sarà difficilissimo. Stesso trucco ... indirizzo sbagliato nuova spedizione ed indirizzo sbagliato nuovamente, richiesta di rimborso e spariscono. Truffatori, disonesti, banditi. La colpa è in gran parte mia che non ho letto le recensioni prima di ordinare. NON COMPRATE DA LORO.

Pomimo wielokrotnych prób kontaktu nie otrzymałem sensownej odpowiedzi i oczywiście zakupionych przedmiotów też nie. Kompletne ignorowanie klienta i kradzież przesłanych pieniędzy. Sprawa ciągnie się od 12 miesięcy. Mogę tylko ostrzec potencjalnych klientów. Firma jest w USA w Salt Lake City i co jakiś czas zmienia nazwę. Cały czas myślę o powiadomieniu Policji, ale nie wiem czy to coś da!

My first ever online purchase was a disaster. They shipped it to the wrong City and Province. Then they disputed the payment still demanding we pay. Very disappointed.

It’s a shame Pinterest allows Corachic to advertise on their platform. My order never arrived and Corachic keeps saying they will check with Logistic Company. The company is shipping from China.
One month later, still no response from Corachic.
I don’t think this site is legitimate. Buyers, be careful.

I placed an order for two pairs of shoes for approx $120. I recd an order number and some weeks later a tracking number. The order was placed on the 2nd November
To date I have not recd my goods which were paid for. I followed the tracking number and when it showed it was delivered I contacted Australia Post who advised that the goods were delivered to another address not even resembling my address I sent an email to corachic and they advised they would send another package to me within 7 days. This was over a month ago and I have not recd any responses to my emails nothing What a rip off it’s time to name and shame this company the are bloody useless and is normally representative of Chinese morals. Not happy at all

This is the worst customer service department I’ve ever dealt with in a long time. I placed an order September 9th yet to receive than they reply the order was delivered! It was not delivered to my house!!! Anyone reading this review, please do not purchase from this company. The boots look beautiful and the prices are very attractive but if your order is not filled, these are the most expensive boots ever!!!!
In the middle of a world pandemic we managed to purchase from them; nonetheless, their financial situation must be way worse than many of us as we’re not stealing from anyone to survive.
This is a dishonest business!!!!

Jeg har rykket flere gange hvor man lover at sende en ny, men det sker ikke.
Tro ikke på dette firma, de holder ikke hvad de lover, men beholder pengene.

Älä koskaan tilaa täältä!!! Tilasin mekon ja kengät huhtikuussa. Useiden tiedustelujen jälkeen en ole saanut tilaamiani tuotteita, edelleenkään. Välillä luvattiin palauttaa rahat, ei ole palautettu! Yli 60€ hukkaan heitettyä rahaa! Paypal lupasi auttaa, myöskään sieltä ei ole apuja tullut. Luotto meni myös Paypaliin.

Do not buy from them so many people have not received paid for items. When I questioned the whereabouts of my order they said to be patient. I have been patient for over six months there is no way that you can call this good service. Monday 4th Jan 2021 I have just sent another email to support they have not answer at least four emails. Just don't be sucked in by the pretty clothes. you will be scammed. There are plenty of other better sites where the for example Wish support is very helpful.
