Purchased a new battery for a hema as the original one was over 10 years old and wouldn’t last long when not plugged in.
Installed the new battery purchased from this crowd. This “new” battery will not hold charge at all, the unit will start up and work after about 10 mins of driving but then goes flat again after the car has been turned off.
They don’t want to know about it and have made every excuse possible.
I would have been better off keeping the old better instead of this dodgy rubbish that they have supplied.
I’m now out of pocket and without a working gps!
Steer clear of this mob!

BAIT & SWITCH SCAM
TERRIBLE SERIVCE

I ordered from Core Electronics and the order was placed on fraud alert. I contacted the company and asked what I can do to expedite the order as I needed it ASAP and couldn't wait 3 days for the fraud check to clear. I offered a bank transfer or Paypal to lessen their risk of fraud.

Nobody at Core Electronics customer support would help me. I then sent an email to the owner, Graham Mitchell, and he refunded the order and suggested I purchase using Paypal. By the time I received his email and went to order, the unit was out of stock. I emailed Graham and asked if he sold my unit to which he suggested I buy a more expensive unit instead. I explained that I needed that specific model. Graham never responded back.

From my point of view, Graham Mitchell, the owner of Core Electronics showed a lack of ethics by selling the unit I had lawfully purchased to another person and used this opportunity to bait and switch me to an more expensive model. He showed no interest in my urgency and did not help me complete the purchase.

I am blown away with your amazing service. To get a delivery over night is unheard of these days, and to be able to phone and have all your enquires answered was simply amazing. I thank you. I am a first time customer and I assure you I will be purchasing from you from now on.
