Jan and Jenny were fantastic and contacted us to set up a good deal when the market was relatively favourable with the flexibility to try to beat if rates improved before our product switch date. The rates got worse so it was good we secured when we did. They were very efficient at liaising with the lender and keeping us informed.

This was my first time buying a property that was not my primary home. I had more questions and change of circumstances along the way. I also was working against some short timeframes.
