COS is an unethical company that takes no accountability for overpriced, faulty products. As cool and chic their stuff might be, buyer beware. If something goes wrong, you’re stuck paying for their mistakes.
I bought a $390 pair of shoes. The bottom fell off with the first two hours of me wearing them (at a sit down brunch!!!). They told me to send the product back for a refund/replacement (which I had to do twice because they sent it back to me without any records/decision), but sent it back even more damaged blaming me for what had happened to the shoes.
They also accidentally added me to the call with the manager where they refused to consider what happened or take any blame for it. They have zero moral compass and are simply greedy, bad people. I used to be a loyal customer, but will never buy anything from them again!!!!

Strongly would advise not to order. I saw the ads, very convincing marketing as others have mentioned. One of the comments was about how fast they received their gift. I ordered a gift for Father's day. It took 3 weeks! Nothing tells you when it will arrive. And only after I started to look at my order and tracking, did I realize this company was Chinese based and things started to look a little sketchy. Finally got my order and it was damaged. Based on these reviews, I have low expectations of hearing back or getting any kind of refund, etc. I wish I would have googled them and found this site first. Lesson learned.

Terible costume service, I returned the Item and never returned me back for it. They told me to contact Klarna and they just ignore making me chat with different person each time. So no money no Item. And just waisting my time talking to different ppl every time.

Cos and Klarna admit I should be refunded, but don't
I placed an order with Cos mid November 2023. I didn't choose the Klarna option because I had read Klarna can't be trusted, so I chose iDeal. The order didn't go through, but money was taken out of my bank account. Cos told me even if you pay with iDeal, you go though Klarna. Cos "respected" my privacy, which means I needed to contact Klarna, not Cos. Fast forward 2.5 months: Klarna customer service has forwarded proof of my payment to their financial department, but that's all they can do.The financial department can't be contacted. Called and chatted many times with Klarna. They assured me I will get refunded, but no.
Back to Cos I went. Now they do want to help, no problems with privacy anymore. I send them proof of payment. Advice: I should call Worldpay and give me the number. The number doesn't work. They contact Klarna. Klarna states they need proof of payment, I should contact them. Cos emails me this. Back to square one. Incompetence or swindle?
COS Return & Refund sucks!
COS Return & Refund sucks!! I've been sending them four online messages through COS support and 3 phone calls to support to ask them where my refund is and why I have yet to receive a confirmation email with my return. Every single time, they told me that it was being processed and that I'd receive the refund in 14 days. On the 15th day, I called back to ask about the refund, and ONLY THEN they processed my returned order. Now I have to wait again. God knows how many days it will take to get my money back. They should at least be honest about it on the website and say that their return and refund process DOES NOT take 14 days!!!!!!
My experience was always excellent
I don't really understand the poor reviews. I ordered 3 times from COS already and everything was always totally fine. Just because I have stumbled upon the bad ratings, I got concerned about my delivery of my last purchase, so I contacted the customer support. I got a response, I got an update, I received my order after 5 days. Zero problems and I'm happy with the clothes quality.
COS can't print address correctly
What went wrong : I gave COS my full address including Eircode, but COS did not print it on delivery label, so driver could not deliver on time.
What can COS do : engage seriously with customer.
Refund cost of delivery and compensation for not on time delivery.

Ordered online through the COS sale, the discount showing on the website was not honoured at checkout.
Customer service informed me that there was no discount at the time of purchase (there was) and would not be honouring the sale price.
A shame as I regularly shop at COS but wont be buying online again.

Careless delivery
I've made an order on the 24th November, black Friday, i understand, a busy day. Received an automatic mail saying another mail would be sent when the order would be dispatched. I waited until today for a mail that never came. Finding this delay quite strange, even for a busy time, went to the site and logged in to my account, and found out that my pack had been sent on the 27th November, by DPD, and had been delivered in my chosen pick point on December first, 10 days ago. Never got ANY message, neither from COS nor DPD. A few more days and the pack would have been returned, probably without me knowing anything about it.
Garment was not damaged, it is fine, although not worth the value, in my opinion.

I have just bought a wool hoodie from Cos made from RWS wool and Tencel™️. My daughter only recently introduced me to their brand and I immediately loved their designs. However, when buying clothing I NEVER buy anything that is dry-clean only for financial, ecological and convenience reasons, which meant that I wouldn’t buy a lot of the clothes from Cos. Considering that Cos makes a big deal about ‘sustainability’ and ecological friendliness when sourcing their cloth, I was surprised by the amount of clothing on their website that is dry-clean only. To me, that immediately wipes out any pretensions of caring about the health of our planet and we humans who inhabit it - currently and in the future.
The majority of dry cleaners use a dreadfully toxic and harmful chemical called perchloroethylene - and if you don’t know what that, is I suggest you google it and find out. So, back to my hoodie, an item I loved the look of and which was also machine washable. Win win. It arrived yesterday afternoon, looks and feels fabulous so after trying it on didn’t take it off. It is an oatmeal colour so will show up every little stain and after a couple of hours checked the washing instructions, which were basically, DON’T - dry clean only. What on earth…?! Checked website, definitely says machine washable so gave Cos a ring. Eventually they told me it was a mistake on their website and I could return it. Unfortunately, I have grown very attached to my lovely new hoodie which was £155 with 25% off in the Black Friday sale and the very helpful, friendly and polite gentleman I spoke to offered me a further 20% off if I wanted to keep it. Which I did, although what I’m gonna do when it becomes too unclean to wear I don’t know - and also, in one fell swoop, my hoodie has gone from being a practical everyday piece of clothing I can just shove in the washing machine to something I have to worry about keeping clean. This is a HOODIE I’m talking about and now it’s something I’m gonna be “saving for best”?! Good grief… But but but I LOVES it! Although, as my future mother in law said to my future husband after meeting me about 40 years ago, “Well, she may be very intelligent, but she’s got no common sense”… 😂

Excellent customer service - my parcel was stolen after being left in an unsafe place and cos customer service resolved the situation quickly and effectively. The woman I spoke to on the phone was lovely, I didn’t have to wait long to get through to the team and I was immediately given a full refund and a discount for my trouble. They clearly care about their customers.

No matter how many times I trick myself into believing their trousers will be long enough for a tall person they aren’t. I wish they would cater for actual tall girls not petite or average where the trousers actually look decent.

Quality is very nice. Washed well, I hang almost everything to dry. I returned 1 of 5 shirts but T was nice, just not for me. I have received confirmation they received return, waiting on the credit.
