Shocking Service
Wonderful clothes, but appalling online service, from ordering to returns is just a nightmare. I will buy in store but will never use their online system again. They need to get with Zara to find out they manage to get it so right

I have ordered light beige coat, received random item!
I have ordered light beige, long wrap coat size S from Cos women's wear. I have received mans navy short coat huge size! When I called customer service woman had apologised and told me to return and re order again measuring me that this coat was still available. When I got on the website coat was no longer available in my size...Waste of time and effort. It was supposed to be Christmas gift.Also the way that coat what wrapped and folded was just horrible!! Never shop with this brand online!!!

I ordered a dress from Cos, size 16. It arrived, it was too small, ridiculously small so that when it was zipped up the central seam was crooked. This is is not the worst. That was yet to come. I was disappointed and immediately repacked and organised a return with their courier company DPD who were to pick it. DPD, never arrived. I tried again and booked another return, DPD never arrived. I contacted Cos, they said they would contact DPD but one again DPD never arrived. COS said they would contact DPD directly...(What does that mean?? have they not done this already??) again DPD do not come to collect they parcel. I now doubt they even have a relationship with DPD. Why I cant just return to their store is beyond belief? MY ADVICE - DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM COS. They are overpriced and returns service is third rate. It is an abomination that they market themselves as chic, luxury, expensive when they are in fact ill fitting, cheap quality, and useless at online service.

When my experience with return last year was unpleasantly slow, I thought it was one off... nothing changed I'm afraid. After 14 days of sending parcel back, two emails, two online chats and one phone call, things started to move! Unbelievable, we are in 21st century and how such slow service can be justified is a mystery. I think COS just lost another customer...

I've used COS for years and love their designs. I ordered a jacket from the new season. It turned up in good time but the garment was looking the worst for wear. It arrived stuffed in an envelope whereas before COS garments arrive well packaged. The garment had definitely been worn before. It was covered in pet hairs and was very creased. I have returned the item and ordered a new one. Hopefully this is a one off. I'd hate to think COS is loosing it's edge.

I have used COS on several occasions over the past couple of years online, always good service. Usually I am an sx,(though lockdown pounds has meant I am in-between on some items!). I have been able to buy try and get refund when the fit was quite right. I can understand for some people 2 weeks return is a short period during lockdown for returns. I don't like sending items back, as it's not environmentally friendly, and it's a faff, but when I have had to COS has been good. Thank you COS
Dreadful returns policy
I ordered some clothes online and my order was delivered on the 20th of April. Today is 13th May.
All three items I ordered were not true to size. I am a size 10 and I shop regularly at Cos, and generally take a size S. I could have fit two of me into the trousers that arrived.
As I have been shielding and was waiting for my second vaccine to be effective, I decided to change my items at a physical store today, and try before buying. Unfortunately, I discovered that unlike most companies, you cannot change online orders from Cos at a physical store!
This is bad enough, but I now discover that there is a 14-day cut-off (In the middle of a pandemic!) for returns and I may very well not get my money back but will have my items returned if they decide not to refund. Items that don't fit.
I spoke to a charming live chat individual on their website (Rebecca, thank you for responding so politely), but that doesn't change the fact that these rules are absurd particularly for a company that has excellent brand recognition, and was a totally customer unfriendly experience. I shall be returning the items in the hope of getting a refund. But will I ever shop with Cos Online again? NO!
This is not a criticism of the Cos shops or their staff, all of whom are helpful and charming to a fault, but the online experience is really not good.
I needed a baseball cap that was larger…
I needed a baseball cap that was larger fitting as every other store didn’t have one. From ordering/paying online to tracking and receiving the item it was straight forward and easy. Once the cap arrived it was great quality and I received an email to confirm it had been delivered. Will use Cos again. No complaints from me.
