I am very disappointed with my experience.
I placed and paid for my order immediately, but the shipment took longer than stated on the website. During this time I sent several emails asking about my order status, but I never received a single reply.
One of the hair masks I ordered was cancelled. The store did refund the money for the cancelled item, which I appreciate, but there was no explanation and no response to any of my emails.
When the remaining product finally arrived, it was damaged. The Raywell After Color Argan Oil & Keratin Mask came with a broken and incomplete cap/dispenser. The missing part was not even inside the package.
I contacted the store again and sent photos of the damaged product, but once again I received no response.
The biggest problem is the lack of customer service. Emails are simply ignored, and customers are left without any information or support when problems occur.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store.
