Great tour director! Debbie was friendly, well informed, and communicated well. We knew exactly what to expect. Our hotels were very nice... not always the newest but most had updated and we were in safe, convenient locations. It was good to have access to ABC stores! The drivers were knowledgeable and professional. Name tags - first names would be helpful to help us get better acquainted with our travel mates. All in all a great way to travel!

Did a 10 day bus tour trip around Ireland! Had a great time. Would definatly book with them again.

The weather, views, experiences and people definitely made the whole trip. Wonderful Director, brilliant driver, good mix of people on bus and a day packed full of experiences combined with "down" days was good.

The guides were good but hotels were not as advertised. We took our first Cosmos trip, to Eastern Europe. Hours on the bus each day and we were forbidden to use the toilet. The driver insisted it was”was broken” so every stop we all first had to queue for toilets, wasting time. Hotels were mediocre, many were next to train tracks so there was lots of noise. There was no laundry service available despite hotel websites stating there was, no bathroom amenities despite saying there was.
We chose this trip because it went to Auschwitz, a bucket list item, but we were rushed through in less than 1.5 hours.
If you don’t opt to purchase “additional tours” you’ll be left in town to find your own way back to the hotel.

Such a wonderful tour of American music! Love all the museums and experiences included in the tour. Really enjoyed many of the optional activities that enhanced what we were doing.
Our tour director, Barbara was a wealth of information and added a lot of special surprises to make each state memorable.
Driver Torris did an amazing job and kept the bus in immaculate condition.
Hotels were located in areas that allowed for independent exploration.

We had the best guide-Gabriele. He was so fun to travel with. He gave much history and humor and was very attentive to details and handled all concerns quickly. Very impressive! Give him a big raise!!!

Cosmos is including fewer dinners than before, giving details about what we will not see would be helpful, ex- not going into the Colossium. The towns we saw were nice, but rushed, so we could drive to the next destination, ex- Assissi needs more than 2hrs. Some hotels were good- Montecantini,Sorrento,Lake Maggiore, others not- Venice area, and the last night in Rome. Having more free days in Rome to see more sites would be good, either with Cosmos or on our own.

Excellent tour director Jorge and driver Jose. Made the trip so much more enjoyable. The locations we travelled to were beautiful and we learnt so much more about Spain and Portugal. We met great fellow travellers from all over the world.

The contact with the people - local residents and traders -with their habits and customs. It's culture above all.

Best vacation experience, 1st cosmos trip since retirement. Tour guides, drivers, hotel, food are excellent including excursions to landmarks and nature sights.

We had a wonderful time in Brazil and Argentina with our tour guide James. We saw three incredible places and it gave us just a taste of each country - so much so that we want to come back!

I had high expectations going into my first experience with Cosmos, but unfortunately, it has been disappointing from the start—and I haven’t even taken the tour yet.

The itinerary is extremely vague and lacks basic, essential details. There are no clear departure or arrival times, and even major highlights are not properly explained. For example, it’s unclear whether iconic sites like the Colosseum are included as actual entry visits or just quick exterior stops. Optional excursions are listed without clear or consistent pricing, making it nearly impossible to plan or budget in advance.

What’s even more frustrating is the inconsistency in the information provided. Each time I’ve called with specific questions, I’ve received different answers, which only adds to the confusion and undermines trust.

Customer service has been equally disappointing. Before booking, communication was responsive and helpful. After booking, however, the experience has been drastically different. Representatives have come across as unhelpful, dismissive, and at times outright rude. It genuinely feels like once payment is made, customer support becomes an afterthought.

At this point, the lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and poor post-booking service have already left me with serious doubts about the overall quality of this tour. If this is the experience before the trip has even begun, it does not inspire confidence in what’s to come. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ask very detailed questions before committing

We had great optional excursions with wonderful guides. Our tour director was very helpful and organized. Our accommodations were very nice and in great locations.
