The salesperson doesn’t tell you who he is working for. Gets you to sign an innocuous form but then he uses that signature on a long term contract. Awful company beware....

I would highly recommend Cost.ie. I have always found it a hassle when changing my electricity and gas providers. Cost.ie has taken all the hassle away for me. Instead of being on the phone for 20 COst.ie will let you know the best options within minutes and you don't have to be an expert on IT either.

They helped me to find the cheapest price from the market for an electricity contract. Very nice people working very fast and they found a solution even when I had some problems with papers. For sure in the future I will contact them again, if I will set up a new electricity contract.

Jessie Was brilliant from beginning to end so extremely helpful and made the transition so much easier when I comes to electricity bills I have an a clue what to look at nor do I know how much it will end up costing so was was brilliant to have someone do the hard work for you but come back to you so quickly to get it sorted. I found there was no sales pitch no trying to Get you into other products straight forwards to the point. Will definitely be back next year for my contract renewal

Moved Elec provider after analysis by Cost.ie. Straightforward process that has reaped substantial savings. Cannot namecheck the lady I dealt with alas. Suffice to say called back as promised, efficient and professional. Looking to move domestic providers as well with Cost.ie - Happy to recommend
