I personally would never order again I…

I personally would never order again I purchased a 4 seater wagon and the buckle to close it is defective despite their listed 30 day money back and the fact under return when emailing back they have returning to warehouse for free they refused to do any return in beginning while this is same day I received the package I contacted not used then refused to let me drop off and wanted me to oy for shipping at my own cost not to mention it takes 2 days after every response to get a reply so the fact they have a a year warranty listed I highly doubt they will honor any policy they have listed meanwhile they sell through Walmart and you have no issues with anything through Walmart fishy site for sure and terrible service think twice before purchasing because they will refuse to hold their own policy listed under purchase

Please rest assured that we are doing our best to assist every customer as quickly as possible.
The colleague who initially handled your case was new to the team, and may not have explained things as clearly as they should have. We sincerely regret for any confusion this may have caused.
Generally, we do not accept customers returning packages to our warehouse on their own. That is why we offered to provide you with a return label to complete the return through the proper process.
Additionally, when we receive feedback regarding product quality issues, we need to confirm with our factory technicians to determine the best solution and whether a return is necessary. Our intention was not to refuse your return, but to ensure we fully understand the situation before proceeding.
Based on the video you provided, the factory advised that the safety buckle could be inserted in a different direction to resolve the issue. And you also agreed to keep the product and accepted a CA$100 partial refund as a resolution.

Product has not been delivered though…

Product has not been delivered though got email saying it was. Thankfully tracking number tells me products are still in Ontario.

May have found a new furniture love...

We've now ordered two items from Costway: A patio table, and dining room chairs. My husband and I are not small people, so it can be difficult to find chairs that hold the weight capacity we need. Not only were these gorgeous and looked even higher quality in person, but they have stood up really well. The chairs are incredibly comfortable! The shipping was incredibly quick. I was actually quite surprised. And I found the instructions for putting together furniture were solid. Thus far, may have found a new favorite furniture company! I also did find when looking that they were consistently one of the less expensive options.

2nd time disappointment

2nd time I've made a purchase from costway and has not been good. I was hesitant about my 2nd purchase here, knowing what I went through the first time; I should've listened to my guts and look elsewhere. Although the issue was somewhat resolved, I'm still stuck with this unit that was sent to me used, with a dirty drainage hose and growing mold on the inside. A replacement hose was sent and I'm not sure how I'm going to replace it as it seems well put in the unit and I'm afraid I might damage it.

Please avoid using the washing machine in damp environments. After use, ensure that all water is fully drained from the hose, keep the lid open to allow ventilation, prevent water from standing for prolonged periods, and clean the washing machine regularly.

Never shipped and kepy my money

I ordered 12,000 btu unit and they accepted payment, created a tracking number but had no stock. Requested cancel order but to this date(march 5 ordered, today is March 21) I have not received the unit or a refund. (bought replacement at Amazon, installed it already.) They should have told me they did not have the unit and offered a different model, or returned my money.

We will arrange for the shipment from the nearest warehouse based on your delivery address. However, since the product you purchased is currently out of stock in Canada, we have arranged to ship it from the warehouse in the United States.
Before the packages arrive in Canada, UPS website will only display "Label Created." It is only after the packages have reached Canada that the tracking information will be updated in the Canadian UPS system. Only then can we contact UPS in Canada to arrange for the packages to be returned. We have already submitted a recall request to UPS, and we will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned packages.
