It might take quite a while for order fulfillment. Even if they get your order right
I received half my order in a reasonable time. I received notification that the other half was one it’s way, but that took another 2+ weeks. When the delivery arrived, it was the wrong item. Very different to say the least. Costway sent a shipping label for the wrong order then said the correct order was not its way. It took quite a while for UPS to receive the order, then the delivery was delayed. I might see the second part of the order by the end of April which means a 2 month fulfillment time. I hope it’s the right order this time!! Very happy with part 1 of the order though which is why I gave it 2 stars.

Delivery was good
Delivery was good, product arrives in good condition. However thr instructions regarding furniture were reeally lacking few steps. On top of that some fragile screw provided just broke while assembling.

Fiable en tout point
Nous avons commandé deux chaises ergonomiques rose de bureau pour nos jeunes filles. Elles sont arrivées très rapidement, le carton était en parfait état. Les chaises étaient relativement faciles à monter , bien que la notice manquait de clarté (dessins peu détaillés et peu de texte d’explications).
Nous recommandons costway pour leur sérieux, la qualité de leur matériel et la rapidité et la qualité de leur expédition.

Update: Response from company explained that points can’t be used on sale items. I wasn’t aware of this. (my fault) My purchase today was on sale, so that explains it. I updated my review to 5. I can’t speak for my current order as it’s just been ordered, but I’ve been very happy with my previous purchases.
Was trying to figure out how to use my points- no easy way - the way it showed wasn’t an available option at checkout - they don’t make it easy to redeem your points - still have them 3 as I’ve been happy with all my past purchases - hoping it’s the same for this order

Everything went well as a whole but the item was a little damaged from delevery. Where the box was damaged so was my item.
