The return was not due to any defect or quality issue with the product. The reason for return was that the size selected did not work for you.
As clearly stated in our return policy (and communicated to you before the return was processed), return shipping fees for non-quality-related issues are the responsibility of the buyer.
You were informed of this fee in advance and agreed to proceed with the return under these terms.
The $28 return fee was paid directly to the shipping carrier. We did not keep this money.
We always strive to be transparent about our policies, and we appreciate the customer’s understanding at the time of the return. If anyone has questions about our return policy before placing an order, we’re always happy to help clarify.

Delivery was sooner than I expected
Delivery was sooner than I expected! I bought a set of Adirondack chairs - well boxed and arrived complete with every screw needed, and directions. Although it took hours for me to screw them together, it worked! They are solid and look great. Happy with the product and the company!

Pleasantly surprised!
I purchased a dehumidifier and it stopped working in less than 30 days. I thought they would just give me the run around but I was pleasantly surprised that they replaced it immediately. I will not hesitate to shop there again. Great customer service!!

Good value
The product itself is good for the price. However the instructions for assembly is absolutely useless. Your website says 7 to 10 day delivery but it arrived on 15th day missing my wife's birthday celebration by two days.

Not the greatest quality, springs stretched when being put in place, and 4 poles were missing the keys to snap them together. Asking for these items to be replaced.

Came from USA, Did not receive - delayed
I didnt like that after i ordered i was told one of my items was coming from USA. It was an Easter gift for my 5 year old daughter and it never came in time. In fact, Here it is a few days after Easter and I still have not received it. Keeps getting delayed. I've been so sad. All my daughter asked for, for Easter.
