Cosy Cottage Opiniões

Easy ordering on-line, delivery is quick and reliable and the products are simply the best. Their serums are perfect.

Always a pleasure to receive some goodies from Cosy Cottage - I use skin products, shampoo and conditioner bars and soaps. As we have a new puppy I also bought the pet shampoo bar! My husband who has sensitive skin has been enjoying the soap too.
Packaged beautifully and sustainably, delivered quickly and prices are fantastic - if there was a 10 star option Cosy Cottage would get that!🌻

As ever, shampoo bars came promptly, reasonable price and they continue to keep my hair at it's best and often remarked on by hairdressers (I am 78)

I think the picture showing 2 jars is misleading (1 item could mean 1 set of 2)when you only actually get 1 jar also I know you can’t control the heat but my product was so runny when it arrived that it nearly all poured out of jar when I opened it!

Cosy Cottage workshops & wellness days. I have attended several workshops (soap making with and without goats) and candle making, and 3 of their wellness days. All days have been absolutely fantastic. From arrival to the finish all the staff make me feel so welcome and nothing is any trouble. Clara's teaching is delivered in a kind and relaxed manner with an emphasis on safety and makes sure that all participants feel supported. The wellness days are always amazing hence repeating the experience. Highly recommended.

First purchase, great communication from them and came well packaged. The Surface cleaner smells amazing !!! I keep using it so I can smell it 🥰 I will definitely be buying more

Excellent customer service, kept upto date with delivery, items extremely well packed, and the packaging is stunning.

The starter kit is great value for money and all the scents are beautiful and subtle, fresh smelling but not over powering. I have only used in the kitchen so far, great cleaning power, would highly recommend 😊

Easy to order, service is effective and prompt

These soaps lather well , and are great to use. The shampoo bar is excellent as is the conditioner. Will certainly reorder again.

Love, love, LOVE Cozy Cottage products! Wonderful products, beautifully wrapped and promptly delivered. Highly recommended!

Their fragrance free solid shampoo did not work well. Left my hair heavy and greasy.
I have been using solid shampoos for over a decade, and sulphate free ones for the last 7 to preserve my hair dye. I have used most brands on the market and when my regular brand ran out I decided to try another one.
I have found it doesn't actually clean my hair, it just leaves it heavy and sticky. I emailed them and their reply was condescending and assumed I had never used sulphate free solid shampoos before. First rule of support is to ask questions and not make assumptions.
28th update.
It's the immediate refusal and the tone of the reply which prompted me to post this review.

order arrived as it was supposed to.
repeat order as products are great

Came quickly nice fragrences

Lovely products. Good price. Sent quickly. Presented beautifully. A winner for me!

Great products very competitive and fast delivery

Fantastic products with wonderful service.

This time I ordered the face mask & absolutely love it. Haven’t had one like this before & love how versatile it is. Really need something nourishing during this constant heat & this is perfect.

I have used their shampoo block for several years now. It leaves my hair soft and has no irritants. Their sudscription means I never run out and it always arrives in good condition and one time.

The delivery was quick and the package was well-protected. Although it’s early days, the products appear good. The face serum is stunning. Its texture and smell are wonderful. I’ll report back after some time of use.
