CosyWood Opiniões

Really good updates throughout the process. I was worried about trying to get it before Christmas, but put at ease by Customer Service. Pictures before delivery is a good touch. The two delivery guys were brilliant and made sure we were 100% happy with everything before they left.

We are now the proud owners of a bespoke dining table - it looks amazing and is beautifully made. Easy to order, kept informed of progress and professionally delivered. The chaps took the time to put the table together, get it into a position we liked and took all the packaging away with them.

Unfortunately my table arrived with a mark on the leg. As this wasn’t picked up at point of delivery the company were unable to do anything apart from tell me to colour it in with a black marker. I understood it would take a lot of effort to replace the leg but I think for the price paid some form of compensation should’ve been offered

My client is delighted with her dining table. I placed the order with Cozy wood and they did the rest.
I have had an amazing response from other clients and will be ordering again.
The service has been faultless and receiving regular updates including pictures was very exciting.

From ordering to delivery we had a fantastic experience. Now we have a new oak table that fits all our expectations. Held a dinner party to celebrate our dining room completion, everybody loved the table with its unusual but distinctive legs. CosyWood have excelled and would recommend them to all.

CosyWood offer a whole variety of table options with a range of different leg types and table top designs. Ordering was simple and the communication from the company was first class. The table arrived on time and was even assembled for us. We are very happy with the table and would certainly recommend CosyWood to our friends and family if they are looking for a quality new table.

We recently took delivery of a 200 cm oak dining table from Coseywood, and are extremely impressed with all aspects of the ordering and delivery process, and most importantly the table itself. It is topped with a beautiful piece of oak and complemented by the unique leg design, forming a perfect centrepiece for our new dining room for years to come. Thoroughly recommend this quality furniture company.

Our table was more beautiful than we’d hoped it would be and we are over the moon with it. Cosywood were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sent us lots of free samples and after sending them a photo of what we’d like to match our oak table too they sent us some additional samples in different shades of oak. We chose our sample and from placing our order we were able to track the order right through to delivery. We were sent photos of our finished table to approve before despatch. The logistic team employed were marvellous too. They took very good care of our table and assembled it before removing all packaging. I’m so pleased we chose Cosywood over other companies.

Beautiful table, excellent service, great communication. Really pleased with the quality. Would recommend!

We received our beautiful table today and we absolutely love it. It’s everything we hoped for and more. The entire process, from receiving samples and matching to our exacting colour oak, to delivery was seamless. We particularly appreciated the emails with links to our client portal to see exactly what stage of manufacture our beautiful table was at. V1 Distribution who delivered and assembled it did a great job too. Thank you

Excellent product and outstanding customer service. Great communication from order to delivery nothing was too much trouble and our special requests were all accommodated.
Table arrived very well packaged and exactly as ordered- perfect customer experience. On basis of this transaction would highly recommend this company.

Magnifique table, nous sommes ravis de notre commande !

Great, quality product and good service from the team who put it together. I was kept updated about timescales throughout.

I recently bought a dining table from Cosywood, and it’s been a wonderful addition to our home!
The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the design fits our dining room perfectly.

I bought a dining table from this company and although the quality of the table looks good the after service has been poor and therefore can only give one star. The table has legs on it and it has a large scratch on this see photo, raised an issue and spoke with Artem, who promised replacement and also would get it fixed that was on the 8th of July, however I have yet to receive any confirmation regarding replacement part been dispatch and have followed up and he has gone quite on me since the 11th of July. In summary product looks great, however Poor aftersales and get the feeling like we have had your money/sale…. Last time I will buy of them

Bespoke tables
High quality
Strong and durable
Superior craftsmanship

We are very satisfied. Before ordering, Cosywood sent us samples as we were unsure of the exact colour we wanted. They then sent photos during the making of our table. Delivery was on time and our table is exactly what we hoped for! Thank you!
