Only recently started to use Matthew’s products wish i had found them earlier the flours give excellent results and very tasty both in bread machine and hand made have been making my own bread since 2000 these are the best ever

Great Tasting Flours

I have used Matthews Cotswold flours for some time now. Their Eight grain, Cotswold crunch and Churchill white are a staple in my multi grain, multi seeded loaves.
I was disappointed in finding buying in bulk directly from Matthews was more expensive than buying bags from Tescos.

Wonderful flour for all baking needs.

Having tried many different flours from different suppliers, Matthews Cotswold flour is now my supplier of choice. A fantastic range of flours for making bread, pizzas, biscuits and cakes. I make a variation of a sourdough bread using Churchill strong bread flour and Cotswold Crunch, fantastic!

From beginner to weekly baker – consistently excellent

I started baking bread to reduce UPFs and was recommended Matthews 8-Grain Flour.
After trying other brands with poorer results, I now order directly to keep stocked of (at least) 8-Grains and Strong White. I've since tried around 7 of their flours and bake weekly-bread and pizza always turn out brilliantly. I love that their flours are stone milled, and the range of ancient grains is fantastic. Great quality at a very reasonable price, with helpful discounts too.

Wide range of flours to choose from.

Wide range of flours to choose from.
My favourite loaf is made from 50% wholemeal stoneground and 50% Cotswold Crunch.
As an elderly carless individual, it is a boon to be able to have a mixed box of five flours delivered to my door.

All Matthews flour is excellent

All Matthews flour that I have tried has been excellent. "
2 complaints:
1. So much choice make it difficult to decide!
2. Some of the colours of labels are so similar, I sometimes get a bit confused.
But it all makes wonderful bread, pastry and cakes, and no problems with website.

I have just started making sourdough…

I have just started making sourdough and I have loved experimenting with all the different flours from Spelt to Cotwold Crunch. I like the nifty box they arrive in and the helpful videos. The bread is always delicious. My favourite is spelt mixed with Rye and Churchill white

Very good quality

Your flours are of very good quality. I've been buying them for several years now. I bake bread and pizza. The breads are fantastic and very tasty. I use white spelt flour, whole spelt flour, and light rye flour.
