It was quite difficult to recieve due to my strange working hours. However I was impressed with the seriousness you gave this in not just leaving it or with neighbours given that it was a cooking knife. When I requested a specific date you obliged and I received it on the requested date.

Great knife. Great recommendation by Dan. Very good price. Thank you, Dan, for recommending the Wusthoff bread knife. It has done the best job of slicing a freshly baked loaf that I have ever had. Usually crumbs are all over the place when I slice fresh bread but not so much with this excellent bread knife.

I had questions pre-sale and these were fully answered. The product is beautiful and came very much earlier than the date indicated. Well wrapped, did say as it was a knife would have to be in for delivery. My only very minor disappointment would be that it did not come in a reusable sleeve, only card. This is a very sharp knife and needs a cover when not in use. Will certainly buy from Cotswold again.

Excellent service

Lovely website and easy to navigate and order. Delivery was within a couple of days as quoted so absolutely no complaints. The scissors are a Christmas gift for my grandson so I can’t comment on them yet.
