Unsafe packaging
The knife itself is perfect, but its delivery & packaging were very disappointing.
It arrived with our general letter post, & I was not asked to sign for it.
It was not boxed (as I would have expected) but was in a small amount of bubble wrap in a thin plastic bag.
When I opened it, the knife was not within its fastener plastic strap, but was protruding right through the packaging.
I consider this to be very unsafe.
Also, what about safe practice around knives through the post & no need to sign for them?

These guys are just really great.
These guys are great. I placed my order but didn't see the message on the website explaining they're on leave at that time. I had an email from Dan who I presume runs it explaining this, and after a few pleasant exchanges he managed to get a family member to post my items that day. They arrived the next day and they are absolutely epic. Great service and very nice genuine people. Would highly recommend.

Excellent knife sharpener
Excellent knife sharpener. I thought my knives were past sharpening but now realise it was 20 year old knife sharpener that was at fault. My knives are now razor sharp.
