I wish I could give them no stars, actually negative stars. I purchased a Halloween costume and it has not arrived. There was no update on the order/shipping until 5 days ago where it now says label created. So I won't have the outfit for halloween and they refuse to help. They do not reply to emails. I messaged them on Facebook, and my messages were ignored. I then commented on some posts and they blocked me. To treat a customer, who just wants the item they paid for, this way is just gross and I will never purchase from them again. Horrible place. Horrible staff.

Do not I repeat do not spend your money on this cheap clothing. What you see online and what you get in real life are two different things.

I ordered on october 14th and was told 5 business days for delivery. I have emailed them 4 times and the only response I get is that my items have shipped. It shows an international shipping but the actual shipping company cannot be found and it shows shipped since October 14th with no other updates. They do not have a phone number..only email. I am afraid I have been scammed. As of october 27th nothing.

I did not receive my order however, the merchant is very responsive and communicates with customers. I did receive a refund.
