Massively Poor Quality.. Don't even deserve one star..

On their website their products look fantastic hence me making an order however what I actually received was far from what they advertise, I advised I wish to return however they replied that they don't provide customers with a return label so they are expecting me to pay a further £9.67/$12.99 to return the poor-quality item they sent me. They offered me a $20 refund which is £14.89 which is only a little over the amount I paid for the postage which is a joke.

The item I ordered looks 3D and the mask as a zip but what I received is nothing like it on any level it is just a poor-quality printed tracksuit, and a bad covid mask.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS..

this company is bull, they take your payment and then it takes weeks to get your product, only to NOT get your product. they send a fake delivery notice and then your running around trying to get your money back. they even ask your for your account number and transit number to con you into thinking your getting a refund, so they can drain your account when your not looking.

If there was lower than 1 I'd give it. Ordered beautiful women's costume never received after a month. Would not give any tracking type info. They will not do anything about it. Had ordered a really great looking mens costume a couple weeks after first order took a month but did receive it. It was cheaply made an about a size M. Ordered 2xl. One piece of nylon material looked nothing like pic. Trying to return won't give return info nothing offered $10 and keep. It was $50. Then offered $20. Finally gave address for return but also stated it would take forever to get refund and I had to pay to ship it back. Do not order from this company if your smart!

I never recieved the item it is a SCAM don’t even bother, they will tell you it has been delivered but will never show up. No refund or replacement will be sent upon request either. Shady shady company just ripping people off

I ordered things for 78 Euro and I have never received anything they keep telling me the package has arrived to my address but nothing is received

It has been over a month and I still do not have my merchandise. They haven't been able to give me any helpful information. Do not purchase anything from them.

this website refers to the same peope who manage several scam websites that fraudolently use our photos and media without authorization, pretending to sell our clothes at super discount, beware you will receive a rug worth a penny if not nothing.

These company is a SLICKER!!!!!! I purchased 4 dresses and they send me everything wrong and worst they don’t not match with the fotos!!!
The fabrics are totally different and horrible done.
This must be denounced to authorities!!!!

I ordered a women's cotton dress and paid $49. But I received a men's synthetic top for $5. The company offered to return me 60% of the cost first, and 40% of the cost of the goods in the next letter. This is a store with counterfeit goods. The photos do not match the shipments.
