Excellent customer service when I had a query before ordering. Product arrived quickly.

The Jack Pyke Countryman Vest is excellent! It's well-designed and has plenty of useful pockets for outdoor activities.

Good communication, fast postage. Great item great price. Perfect shopping experience.

Very good service and product quality. Delivery is next day from when they receive the product from suppliers. They cite Brexit and Covid for the timings on them getting the product so bear that in mind.

Prompt service good quality items
one item damaged in transit. Notified supplier instant

The item was damaged in transit even though the goods were very well packaged not the suppliers fault.

First time using this company. Very easy online transaction and good communication regarding dispatch and delivery via Royal Mail. I’m hoping that the shirt and braces ordered for my Dad’s birthday will be well received. Really good service. Thanks

Knowledgeable chap on the phone re sizings & suitability of coats for where I wanted to go. Even suggested looking at other companies. The coat I bought, field & trek anorak is perfect for my needs.

Due to the rain my poncho became out of stock, but was offered a refund or to wait for stock to come in, which I was happy to do, promised a delivery date and delivered on time, would not hesitate to use this company again . Great customer service
