First class service, spoke with SUGHARA who was very helpful.

I am having trouble with this company now , I rang them last year to remove me from their mailing lists, I’ve been getting junk emails and never responded to them , the other day received another so I have rang them again
The document that came has my details on it , but it is NOT my signature whatsoever it is a digital signature , I have challenged this , but I have been told I have fees to pay . Good luck I’m off work ill , I have not signed for this , and I am not paying for this. This is becoming a joke now
I have contacted the ombudsman

After a concerning phone call from a suspected scam caller, I rang Cormacs and spoke to Sughara. She was very professional,supportive and listened to my concerns. I needed to know I had done the right thing ie not clinked on the link or dealt with them. She explained everything to me and gave me an update on my ongoing case.

Sughra was very helpful and efficient on the phone. She assured me she would take care of my query.

Spoke to Mohammed today who was very helpful in cancelling my claims with you as I had signed upto two different companies by mistake having been diagnosised with Parkinson's and not thinking straight this caused me a lot of stress but Mohammed sorted for me many thanks .

Spoke with MOHAMMED SIRTAJ regarding LOA's that needed signing which I received by Phone notification. After checking he confirmed that I had already signed these in July so no action needed.
Also confirmed that the fees were taken from the monies received and the action was on a 'No win, No fee'basis.
His answers were very clear and precise and was very pleasant and helpfull.
