Matthew was very helpful and polite and as we were going through security to discuss my PCP claims he was kind enough to wish me a Happy Birthday for next week. He was very clear and explained what he would do on the call and how it would get sorted.

SHEHZAD is brilliant. I had mistakenly signed up to two different online solicitors about car finance claim. The other solicitor was awful and are trying to charge me to stop the claim. But not Courmacs Legal, they don’t charge for you to stop the claim progression. They are brilliant, the gentleman that I dealt with on the phone was a really decent person who assured me that they won’t charge anything. If I have any need for a solicitors in the future I would trust them to deal with. Not like the other solicitors who I can’t name I’m afraid.

Easy to contact Courmacs. No being passed around. My fike was accessed immediately after relevant security questions. Agent, Sughara dealt with my question efficiently and with care and understanding.

I am writing to share how fantastic my experience was with Mohammed Sirtay today. I have been very unwell recently, and unfortunately, I accidentally replied to some wrong emails, thinking they were from Courmacs. This resulted in me mistakenly opening multiple claims with other companies for the same issue.
When I called Courmacs, I spoke with Mohammed, and he was incredibly helpful and understanding. He guided me step-by-step through exactly what I needed to do. He advised me to call the other companies, explain the honest mistake, and ask them to cancel.
Following his excellent advice, I made the phone calls, and the other companies agreed to cancel the claims without any charges. Mohammed went above and beyond to support me through a very stressful situation when I wasn't feeling well. He is an absolute asset to Courmacs Legal, and I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and professionalism!

Just spoken to a lovely lady called SUGHARA. I had a few questions over my claim and not being able to respond via their online claims portal. She was very helpful, talked me through my current status and confirmed that I have positive claims already confirmed and they are waiting on a couple of more to get back to them. Great service, would highly recommend
