Great service, friendly staff, good communication.

Great communication, everything set to make the transport easy.

They told me the car would be picked up within 1-6 days, It was Never picked up. At the end of the week. they said they needed to offer more money for it to be picked up. I said they chose the amount of money to charge. They were not the cheapest offer. There communication has been there, but only after I reach out. It is like they don't know what other workers in their company are doing. It is like starting over each time. The straight Fact is that they led me along and failed to secure my car pick up. Which will delay me getting the car by about 2 weeks. This is not acceptable. I asked for the manager to talk to me. she finally did, so I edited this last part. I asked for a refund.

First time user for any transportation service and had serious reservations. Course Correct is excellent. Having never used a transportation company before, they connected us with a driver to pick up a new to my son, F150 in OK and deliver it to VA. The driver was very thorough, friendly and accommodating. Course Correct kept us well informed throughout the process, found the best rate, advised us of all changes and are very professional. I recommend them on a personal and professional level.

Process and payment instructions were very clear. All prior information was accurate and happened exactly as it was detailed. Communication was consisten, timely and clear. Delivery driver was on time and friendly. Car was picked up and delivered in timeframe agreed upon without any issues.
