Far exceeded my expectations. Fast communication and follow up. Everything went very smooth. I would highly recommend. I would use them again for any vehicle transports you need.

This company is corrupt and will intentionally low-ball bids to win knowing they cannot match shippers at that price. I accepted their offer through shiply. When I spoke with Anthony, I explained I needed my vehicle by a certain date which was 2.5 weeks in the future. He assured me this would not be an issue and he was confident the bid will be accepted by then.
The first week goes by and I had not heard anything. I messaged Anthony asking for an update he told me it takes 5 business days and it had only been 4 to give it another day. The next 2 days go by and I had not heard anything. I reach out again only to find out they still have not matched with a driver. I told him that I need the vehicle picked up immediately as I needed it the next week. He said to give him one more day they are waving the broker fee to make this work.
I was not trusting they would find a driver at this point so I asked for another quote on shiply to find someone else. The next day Anthony told me they found a driver but they want an additional $200 and if I split this with them they will get it picked up. So I accepted paying $100 more than my original bid I accepted. In the meantime I was receiving new quotes from shiply on my new post, and low and behold National_Car_Carrier (Course Correct LLC) posted a bid that was LOWER than my original bid I accepted that they could not fill!
Needless to say the shipper I got matched with damaged my windshield. Of course Anthony is 100% helpless in the matter and lets me know that is not their responsibility, but the shipper’s. I would avoid anything associated with Course Correct LLC and National_Car_Carrier at all costs!

I'm sure you know by now, and thats why you found yourself here to begin with. I cannot tell you how miserable it is trying to find a reputable transporter without first having to sift through hundreds of shift individuals and companies. I can attest that these guys are small, but they simply did what they said they would do, and that goes far in this scrupulous category. This is just a middle man service like the other hundreds, but they actually quoted me exactly what I would end up paying them and the transporter and it was fair priced. All these transport companies are the same, but many of them bait and switch you on pricing, but not course correct.

I took their bid on Shiply to ship a car from Anaheim to Denver. They didn't contact me the entire week that they said they would get it shipped. I understand that it is a range of days. However a month and half later I had to fly out to California and drive it back myself.
We had a strict timeline and they blew it off. In my view the agreed to do a job for a certain price. They tried to get my bid but then they said I would need to pay more to get a driver. They gave a bid and then should have paid the $300 extra they wanted me to pay. I cannot recommend them. They were always polite however they don't get the job done!

I am honestly surprised with how many good reviews they have. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with and hope to never have that experience again. Quoted one price, paid a deposit, failed pick up. Assigned a new driver for a week later and was forced to pay more than quoted. Driver confirmed pick up and then cancelled last minute by the company. Earlier than 4pm in their time zone on a weekday, and not a single supervisor to escalate to? I feel this company is a huge scam. To make matters worse, customer service had no customer service skills. His skills caused me to become irate for only giving excuses rather than providing a solution. We were confident when we first made an agreement with this company, but this company cannot be trusted.

I would give zero stars if I could. I accepted their quote, followed their instructions, and patiently waited the one to five business days they promised. After five full days passed with no pickup, I reached out, only to be told to wait one more day. On the sixth day, instead of resolving anything, they suddenly claimed they were “having trouble” and demanded more money because they couldn’t honor the rate they themselves had provided. That’s not my problem—that’s their bait-and-switch. To make matters worse, at the very start they asked me for a personal email address (outside the shipping platform), which I later confirmed with the platform was a giant red flag. Completely unprofessional and shady from the beginning.
This company is dishonest, unreliable, and flat-out predatory. Their communication was abysmal, they misled me at every turn, and I am beyond grateful I was able to cancel before losing money. Trust the negative reviews: the risk of dealing with these people is simply not worth it. Even if they’ve scammed a few positive experiences into existence, don’t gamble with your time, money, or sanity. Pay a little more with a reputable company that doesn’t lie, harass you for more money, or pull shady tricks. One star is generous—avoid at all costs.
PS: in response to their response. They did not maintain communication. Blatant lie. On August 16th they said, “My name is Sophie and I am with the dispatch team, we are working on your shipment and doing our best to find a driver just ASAP. At this point I want to apologize for this inconvenience, and ask if you can please give us time until Monday, I will make a note right now and my management team will contact you on Monday morning.”
On Monday nobody reached out. I followed up on Tuesday, they completely stopped responding after that. Zero communication. No update. No resolution. No follow up. No more communication from them. The next time I heard from them was after I posted this review, not apologizing but telling me my review was unfair.

Was hoping for a much better experience. Accepted their quote on Shiply that said car would typically be picked up in 1-5 days. It’s been 11 days.
Only communication I received is if I initiated it first.
