The website and app are extremely functional vs other similar companies.

Scammy company. I never received my cards. I had 14 email with customer service and they wouldn’t resolve the situation. I will never use this company again. Please don’t either!

I definitely enjoy the app! I’ve had some luck recently but was getting worried there for a moment when I wasn’t pulling anything worthwhile. Delivery of multiple shipments have been flawless and cards are fantastic shape upon arrival.

I feel that I’ve had some good pulls when it’s come to the slab packs. I’ve tried other companies like arena club and packz but I would never hit anything higher than what I paid for. Courtyard makes it easy to buy and sell on their marketplace as well.

Im a very active user and put a lot of money into courtyard. I want to give courtyard 5 stars however some recent changes have significantly slowed me and the kids activity outside of the market. I've actually been considering emailing support to see if they plan on changing the odds back to historic patterns.

Courtyard used to be competitive or even leading in the odds spread. Ive had some pretty solid pulls if you keep at it. Obviously the more you play the more you pull. If you break it into week blocks. With enough play there was a good chance you would break even and a fair chance you will exceed value. The recent odd changes make that very difficult. I can imagine its slowed a lot of us frequent flyers to a more "here and there" players.

Another dock is buggy app on desktop and mobile. Its not consistent. My wallet balance can take a while and many restarts to show correctly. This interferes when I need to make a quick purchase or time a pull.

My kids want me to redeem a few cards so they can display. So I will be retrieving some cards. Ive never redeemed before so I have no experience on that side.
I have limited experience with customer support but they were pretty responsive the two times Ive needed them. It took about 2 weeks to solve a redemption address bug.

What could they do better? The offers received layout could be more organized.

"Your Collection" page needs to be customized. For those of us who have a large collection its unbearable to scroll through everything to find what your looking for. Yes you can filter but a search or organization feature would be "chef's kiss". Thats what's making me want to redeem. Just to clean out the 100 sealed packs I have sitting there with cards in between.

Overall, I love courtyard. Me and the kids have a fun time on it to add graded cards to their collection. Courtyard guaranteeing authenticity is a place vs alternatives that may be selling fake slabs. So long as they remain transparent and trustworthy. Ill use the platform in some capacity.

I love the special drops and the app interface is easy to use. I would like to see auctions from you guys happen and the collectors be able to auction items as well on the platform. I would also suggest gettimg more involved in the crypto aspect by possibly making a native token specific to courtyard.io. Other than that keep doing what your doing team! LFG!

Active, well priced marketplace. Transparency with pack odds and hits. Easy vault withdrawal. Everything about courtyard is a plus.

This is a legit service. The chances are super fair compared to normal packs of pokemon and if you dig graded slabs then this is the site for you! The only thing I don’t think is quite justified enough for me is the shipping expenses, but if you get a great slab pull then it’s still worth the price!

Support team is awful having a issue and I’m still not getting the help I need since 5 days ago

I have been waiting for a response from them for 8 days now. I received one package from them but my second package is stuck in texas and says unable to deliver. I also cannot even verify my identity and still no response on that end as welol. They are horrible and do not care about customer service.
