I have been playing this for a couple of weeks now and have absolutely been shocked with how consistently you win lose. It’s not like other sites where you can win pretty often with still majority losses but it’s like fighter fire with spray bottle here.

You consistently lose around 35% of your stake, you may win 1 in 10-15 and it will be around a 10-15% win which will then be continued by more consecutive losses before you’re “next win” which will again be 10% after fees. I have bought numerous $50 packs and the best I have received was around $70 and then you lose 6% to their buy back, 9 times out of 10 you will get around a $30 card from the pack and if you’re lucky with a win it will be around $50-80.

Please try a different site as this is not made fair and according like it used to back in the day where you could win big consistently with a fair chance of good prizes. The cards are honestly putrid with Japanese IRs no one would collect

The ripping packs system and shipping cards to yourself is fine, but if you have to deal with support it’s an absolute nightmare, they will send one pre generated message and ignore you till the next day. Would suggest using alternatives.

I had a very disappointing experience with this platform.

It feels much more like a gambling system than a normal purchase. You pay for a random outcome, and the odds can change depending on what is currently in the system. That makes it very unclear what you are actually buying at the moment you pay.

Even though it is presented as a product, it behaves more like a casino-style setup.

What I find especially concerning is the complete lack of safeguards. There are no limits, no warnings, and nothing in place to protect people who might be vulnerable to this kind of system.

The platform is also accessible in Europe without any clear information about compliance with local regulations, which raises serious questions.

On top of that, customer support has been very poor. I experienced slow or no response when trying to get help.

I would strongly advise others to be careful before using this platform.

Customer service has always been great. Sure some delays happen but that’s NORMAL in any business. Anytime there was a delay, the team was responsive and respectful. The product itself is great. Love the user interface and the pull possibilities. Can’t wait to see what’s next.

I have made three purchases from Courtyard.io and have had a great experience thus far. I got a grade 9 card my very first rip. My third rip was a Pokemon pack that they offered to buy back double the purchase price. I think this company is great and they have gone past my expectations on it being a fraudulent company. I’m definitely going back to purchase more items two weeks from this post now. Hey Courtyard thanks a lot for the great customer service too which solved the problem I had fast and efficient.

Poor response from courtyard. 13 days straight waiting on “pulling from vault”. No updates. Still zero packs received

Honestly, collecting on Courtyard has been a real pleasure. I was skeptical at first but those fears were quickly put to ease by how intuitive and easy to use the site is. Now I've built a collection I'm quite proud of and rest soundly knowing they're keeping it safe (but will ship it to me whenever I like). And where else can you find a zero fee marketplace! A special shout-out to Abegail in Support whose been super helpful whenever I've had questions or concerns.

After losing thousands in value pulling packs, I redeemed my cards and was sent the wrong card (one that was worth $150 less than what I was supposed to be sent). It's been over 2 weeks since I messaged support about this and have received no response offering a resolution. Avoid this site, they just want to steal your money and provide 0 customer service

I had a great experience with Courtyard’s support team. I ran into an issue where my account login attempts created multiple accounts and my wallet credit wasn’t showing up. Their team took the time to review everything, communicate clearly about what they were finding, and ultimately made it right by crediting my account.

Kyrie and the support team were responsive, transparent, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Issues can happen with any platform, but what matters is how a company handles them. Courtyard handled it professionally and made sure I was taken care of.

Really appreciate the great customer service.

It wont let me ship the cgc cards to me and it says my banking details are wrong everytime and customer service never got back to me

Sick and tired of American companies charging what ever they like i don't care there stored at there in-house warehouse 160 shipping fees to ship 3 cards home to UK that aren't even worth that absolute SCAM towards the UK it's not just Americans that collect pokemon etc we do as well uk always gets screwed with pokemon products and I mean always why is there no courtyard.io in uk so we don't have to be lumbered with your sky high shipping fees tell me why Americans get exclusive we just dont see in the UK period

Worst company ever do not waste your time or money. Spend $100 15 times in a row and they only give you a card worth 23 bucks never anything good out of this. You spend $100 just to receive common bulk cards.

New products, reward points which are easy to redeem. I have bought and sold $1,000’s of dollars worth of cards and redeemed $1,000’s. I have also got some low value pulls but that’s stated in the disclosures and is expected. I have also sold cards and cashed out funds with ease. My bank can flag transactions at times but that’s minor. I have also had issues with purchases being outside of listed value range or duplicate. Each time the issue was handled quickly and fairly after contacting support. You won’t always win but you won’t always lose either. Trustworthy, upfront and legitimate site for rips and pulls.

I never had an issue with getting my cards shipped from Courtyard until my last shipment. Courtyard was so helpful to me. My card had sadly gotten delivered to the wrong address something that was not in their control. Still when they found out they immediately reached out to FedEx. Sadly they told me that it was a process and could take a while till anything happened if it happened. The next day Courtyard refunded me all my money and then some. I was grateful that they understood how upsetting it can be to have your card basically given to someone else. Knowing that they immediately took care of things made the situation less stressful on my part. The sweet lady that helped me Abigail was so helpful and understanding and put the issues into perspective. I would definitely buy from them again despite my experience because it wasn’t their fault. Sadly shipping can get messed up and the fact that they were so quick to remedy it was amazing.

This company has exceeded my expectations!! From their amazing cards I’ve pulled to the customer support and the random promo codes sent to me……..what is there to say but this is a Top Notch one stop shop company for all your slabs!

Amazing website to get started with collectibles quickly. Very good experience with vaulting comics and shipping them directly from eBay (useful for international customers). Customer support is on point as they fix problems quite quickly.

Their CS team is incredible. Across the hobby, I have never had an encounter with a CS staff as thorough and quick to respond as I have had on this app. The app can be frustrating but it’s nice having CS to quickly respond and help. Great work, shoutout Abegail!

They literally won't take my money.

I've tried multiple times over multiple days to attempt some comic packs, but they will not take my money. I've verified with my bank and TWO DIFFERENT credit cards, and there's no blocking. They just won't take my money. 0/5.

I used the site for the first time. Spend $300 on there and keep two cards in my collection. All good so far. I try to redeem them and get them sent to me. I use 5 credit cards that are all good and current to pay $8.67 for shipping and it declined ALL OF THEM. I look up reviews and apparently this happens often and you guys "lose the cards" and pay us under market value for them. I want this fixed immediately.

I pulled a 2004 team aqua’s kyogre that sells for $130. I was going to transfer it to me, but I cancelled to just accept the offer to which it went back to the seller. I am owed $130 in my courtyard wallet. Please fix asap.
