I would not recommend ordering from this company. The product I received was poor quality and did not fit the measurements described. I got the same slip cover from Amazon for a fraction of the price.

They also did not make clear that the customer is responsible for the return label, which shipping back from the UK would have cost me £33. I ultimately decided not to do that in the event they refused my return, so ultimately wasted the money I spent on these covers.

So much went wrong Chinese products charged a premium I went to return was charged for delivery - it took two weeks plus to arrive, I was refused the opportunity to have a normal delivery and had to pick up from the shop too 😂

Scammers avoid at all costs

Ordered sofa covers 15th Aug. Tracking said in transit now 2 weeks now. First few emails were replied to which said please check tracking. Last two emails not answered when I have requested a more specific delivery status. Requested full refunded and no reply. Update : Covers have just arrived.
