The communication was excellent from start to finish even when there were some issues to resolve. The workmanship is of a very high standard and comes with a 10 year guarantee.

The engineers performing the work were very professional, trustworthy and self-sufficient. They maintained excellent communication with site and observed our Health & Safety protocols.
On completion of the job a report was produced giving a detailed written and pictorial account of the work undertaken. The work was performed to a high standard.

From the very outset of first speaking to Craig and Carolyne liaising with both of them from the beginning my confidence that I had found the right company to do the works grew. Next came the RAMS and start date which for the first day was overnight before reverting to normal day shift as we are a Health club the complete drain down had to be done OOH. Next Arrived the engineers Les and Vince from the moment they started you knew you where in good hands Once we reverted to day works they just got on with it and kept me updated. A credit to the company Polite ,informative clean and tidy seeing as the job has a means of creating waste if you have a GRP water tank or any other Tank and you want to give it another 10 years of life then this is the Company to go to

We contracted COVAC to re-line the aging header tanks in our small block of 5 flats. They were highly professional throughout the quoting process, and happily answered all of our questions. We were assigned a superb project Manager Carolyne who co-ordinated the entire project seamlessly. The guys onsite Red and Kyle were polite, informative and clearly very experienced. Their work was of top quality and I would highly recommend COVAC for similar work/jobs. It feels rare to be able to give such a good review of a company these days, so it was very refreshing to work with such a professional outfit. Thank you COVAC!
