3 * Ammonia Condenser towers approx 7.5mtrs *2.5mtrs * 4.5mtrs which were 25 years old were re-coated inside 6 years ago and recently the outer surfaces have also been Re- coated. The previous inner coating is still as good as they were when coated. Now the outer skin has been fully refurbished by Covac over a period of 3 Months. Before the works rust was very apparent, and fast deteriorating, but following a very thorough grit blasting to remove all old paintwork and applying the Covac coating makes them very presentable and will give us many more years of use from the equipment. Very good workmanship, and co-operation during the works from their employees. Would recommend this company for any of this type of work. Thank you Covac

The work was carried out to high standard, with plenty of contact as to how the job was progressing. Covac were having to work on a particularly poorly constructed tank, which caused them some issues which they overcame, while all the time being very professional and not complaining about the extra time & work involved. The work was completed to timescale and to a very high standard of finish. On completion we were presented with a comprehensive folder of images taken during the preparation and relining phases, which showed all the challenges that had to be overcome to attain a satisfactory outcome.
