I had a young man called Sean. He was polite,caring,friendly,professional, and respectful. A perfect gentleman, he made the difference.

The Advisor was lovely, friendly and provided good precise advice and guidance, which helped me to make my decision. I appreciate the time taken to explain all the options, the pros and cons and giving time to decide. Additionally the Advisor called back as promised.
