Hello,
Thank you for your review. We do state on our website that any Export orders may be liable to pay customs/import duties. Your order contained 13 rolls and for this particular pattern we can only comfortably get 9 rolls in a box, so to ship it to you we had to place the order into 2 boxes.
I hope this helps.

Hello,
Thank you for your review. I have just checked your order and can see that a confirmation email was sent upon placing your sample order. Unfortunately we are unable to provide tracking information for samples as they are all sent through standard Royal Mail.
We apologise if you feel that the communication wasn't enough.
Kind regards

Hi David, Thank you for your kind review. I'm pleased that you were happy with your product and your shopping experience!
Excellent Service
Cover Your Wall provided samples of wallpaper completely free. This made a big difference to us as we found it difficult to imagine the scale of each pattern. The service we received was outstanding and their communications regarding order confirmation and package tracking were excellent. I would definitely recommend this company.
