I ordered this pillow over 2 years ago now, and not only have I not received a product, I have sent them multiple emails a queries trying to figure out why I haven't received anything. My order never got past the order placed stage so it sure feels like someone took my money and ran

If this would allow me to leave a zero star I would. Total scam. Placed my order in July and didn't ship or respond to any of my emails.

Ordered a pillow three months ago and haven't received it. I contacted customer service email a half dozen times and no response, no updates, nothing. I've looked for a phone number for customer care and there's nothing to be found. Total scam.

I ordered a replacement pillow case and replacement stuffing two months ago. They have not even shipped my pillow and customer service doesn't respond. At this point it looks like this brand is currently scamming people. Do NOT buy their products because you may never see your money or the product.

Purchased my pillow two years ago and had no issue. Purchased two covers for the pillow one month ago. They still have not shipped and I have reached out to customer service multiple times and have not received a response. Seems like it is a scam now.

Updating on September 12,2023. Never received any response from the company and did not receive my order. Ended up disputing with my credit card company.

This is my second purchase with this company and unfortunately will be the last ..I got some extra covers for my coziest pillow about 5 weeks ago and still haven’t shipped nor reply to my several emails, I decided to file a claim through PayPal , they’re customer service is non existent .

Ordered this pillow weeks ago. Hasn’t shipped yet. I reached out 4 times and got no answer. This would’ve been my second pillow. Not sure what’s happening but seems like they’re scamming.

A very expensive piece of junk. Filled with cheap material that provides very little support. The pillow is also much shorter than appears online. I am 5'5" and the long ends of the pillow only come to my waist, so I can't "hook" my legs over it. Online return policy is deceptive. FAQ says "hassle free returns" but a separate web page says it's only on unopened product. Which I guess makes sense--if they accepted returns after you opened it and saw what junk it is they'd never make a buck.

I was skeptical because its a new brand and I have a crazy back problems. Now with coziest, me and my husband both sleep like our 2 year old. passed out every night haha
