I ordered a bed frame and mattress. The frame was easy to assemble without tools however the frame cracked on the outside rail within four months of use. I do not weigh over 150lb and the railing buckled under my weight while sitting on the edge of the bed. Customer service did not honor any warranty explaining that it was my fault for disposing of the broken bed frame. They felt that because I was no longer in possession of the item it voided warranty. My apartment is under 500 sq ft and could not keep a bulky item inside my small space available. The support team took a week to reply.

Awful mattress. Extremely poor quality. I had this mattress less than 1 year, I’m a gentle sleeper, meaning I’m not heavy, 5’-7” and weigh 122 lbs. I take care of my things, and I’m not slamming my body onto the bed. This thing was so uncomfortable, noisy, with coils or springs popping out and stabbing me. Just truly the worst mattress I’ve ever bought. Trashed it when I moved. Junk!

Purchased a linenspa mattress. The mattress didn't expand all the way when we opened it up. The corners sag. Reached out to the company. They told me I had to contact the store where I purchased the mattress. The store didn't offer a warranty, Linenspa did. They obviously do not stand by their product. From the looks of these reviews, I can see why. Should have done my homework!

Their customer service is practically non existent. No phone number, no ability to message on twitter (they block it), only email address that they rarely answer. Trying to do a return and it is impossible. I will never purchase from them again because of this.

I ordered two of the LINENSPA mattresses off Amazon, a little over a year ago,these felt ok at first, but about 4/5mons ha ago i noticed how uncomfortable this bed was! tossing an turning, i got a topper , nothing seems to help, when my son asked if we could flip his mattress, i realized we both got scammed i feel! the reviews were great! also they come with 10 year “WORRY FREE WARRENTY” so i reached out, submitted the claim, which i never did, an only showed a small end piece of mattresses. realizing i should of shown the whole thing,so they denied! an from what i’ve heard they deny most claims, so the warrenty means nothing, an the 800 number means nothing, just tells you to email an hangs up, DO NOT BUY LINENSPA!!

Bought a bed for an ill relative that turned out to have a problem with its motor, it would only articulate on one side. Customer service phone number is a recording, it doesn't actually work, and their email contact advises a week's delay for every message. After a literal month of back-and-forth I'm finally able to purchase a replacement unit, and then they simply stop answering me. Short of assuming that I was just just scammed, it seems like they source everything from China and use these long communication delays to pad out their delivery times. It has been five weeks with no answer.

Well, once I got my "MATTRESS" and laid down on it, I knew right then for here after, I was going to be "HAPPILY EVER AFTER ONCEUPON THE MATTRESS"

My two children have had twin size bed in a box and it had been pieced together to the exact week these were purchased and they began showing symptoms. After two doctors then on to specialist … we still don’t know the long term damage. Your plant needs to be closed and you should be held accountable!!!!! Please parents protect your children and please I wish I had seen a review like this. Pay more - anything or if can’t afford a sleeping bag better that the nightmare we are living now!!!!

I Purchased two 5" memory foam mattresses from Linenspa mattress. They seemed okay at first glance and after unboxing. 3 days after my children had slept on them we shined a flashlight under the beds to clean and then I noticed it. There was FIBERGLASS EVERYWHERE. Upon further inspection, fiberglass 'poofs' out of the mattress when you apply any pressure or move the mattress. I called their customer support team and they refused to answer my question of whether or not he mattress had fiberglass; finally they told me that the materials would be on the law tag of the mattress. Fiberglass is not listed on the law tag. It is despicable that they use loose fiberglass in mattresses that are marketed to children; do not buy from this company. There are videos in my Amazon review of the fiberglass that should be up in a couple of days.
