This company is absolutely awful to deal with. They send you a tracking number showing that the shipping information has been recieved and then it doesn't move an extended period of time. When you email them about it, they says it's on the way. Then over a month of the tracking still showing shipping information recieved you decide to cancel the order. Only at this point do they send you updated tracking information. When you still wish to cancel they say they can't do anything until the product arrives at its destination. Once it arrives they want you to pay to ship it back since its their policy. But its also their policy to cancel it before it shipped which you did from all the information they provided you. This is a pathetic excuse for a company.

Don't buy from here. It probably won't look like the photo and they won't give you a full refund to return it. Only offered me $20 for a $140 purchase.

It took 6 weeks to arrive. You should advise that it will take weeks for it to ship.

Beware: for returns you must pay shipping which is 100-150.

Everything. No customer support, lack of correspondence and no solution to replace an incorrect order that was your mistake. I will never order anything from your company and tell anyone I know doing construction or remodeling projects to not under and circumstances order anything from your company as you steal customers money

Gave my couch a new fresh look with this cover. Great that it is elastic, did not have a hard time putting it on. A wise and practical buy. Highly recommended.
