I placed an order Feb 6. No follow up communication and as of April 2, the order hasn’t shipped yet. I mistakenly placed another order today with this company. I guess I’ll get my merchandise by the end of the year….. each order is in excess of $250. The processing and shipping time indicated is false. I’m done!

I placed an order with this company over a month ago and have had zero communication since. There was no update on shipping, no tracking information, and no estimated delivery date. After waiting weeks, I had to reach out myself just to get a status update.
Their response was completely unacceptable—they suddenly claimed the item is out of stock after already taking my money. This should have been communicated upfront, not after a month of silence.
Very poor customer service, lack of transparency, and extremely unprofessional. At this point, I’m not confident I will ever receive my items. I’ve now had to open a dispute to try to get my money back.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company

Theft by Deception! They offer great looking articles of clothing and you pay them a hefty price and you don’t even receive it. I checked their tracking and it’s showing they are delivering to an address in Jefferson, AL. I never gave them any address other than Northport, AL. I’m filing a dispute with my credit card company. This is ridiculous! Do Not Buy From ElevenOra!! Skip this company for sure and for certain. Order on March 3rd!!
Edited to say: received today!(ordered 3/3/2026 received 3/29/2026) If you’re in a rush for an item you best order it two months in advance. Doesn’t make sense that it literally took them 26 days to get it to my door. The sweater is as advertised. It’s beautiful. Wish it had arrived in time for the event I ordered it for. However, this is definitely an elevated piece for any closet. 2 stars because they should ship with a reputable shipper.

Avoid Elevenora.com at all costs. My experience with this company has been beyond frustrating and honestly raises serious concerns about whether this business is legitimate.
I placed an order and never received any tracking information. The item never arrived, and there was zero proactive communication from the company. After reaching out multiple times, I received three separate emails claiming that a refund had already been issued. The problem? No refund ever appeared. Not once.
At this point, it feels like nothing more than empty responses meant to delay and dismiss customers. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no real customer service. When a company takes your money, fails to deliver the product, and then repeatedly claims to refund you without actually doing so, that is extremely concerning.
I strongly believe other consumers should be warned: this company may very well be operating like a scam.
Online shopping requires trust, and Elevenora has completely destroyed that trust. No tracking, no product, no refund, and no real resolution despite multiple attempts to contact them.
This kind of experience should never happen to anyone. Save yourself the headache and do not buy from Elevenora.com.

Placed an order and never recieved it. Kept saying it was backordered or being shipped so today I wanted a refund --see below the transcript. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They cut me off and have yet to say if I get a refund. I have been on line with them since2;22pm eastern time. Very rude.
I placed an order on December 19 2025 and still have not received it. At this point I would prefer a refund for the order.

They ignore your emails they try to let you pick something else really cheap, when you want to return and get your money back, then when you pick something, they will tell you it’s out of stock, but yet it’s available to order on their website. Poorly made clothing don’t order from here you will be disappointed

The clothes look beautiful but they are very mis -sized and bulky. While they e mail on problems, they doNOT take care of them. I have been delaing with them for over a month now and still no resolution!

In early February, I placed an order for 2 different dresses with 2 different companies, one of them being ElevenOra, the other being "Solynna". I ordered 2 dresses to try on for my grandmother's funeral. Weeks went by with no tracking number or shipping update, so I emailed customer service to cancel the orders, as the funeral already took place. Oddly, I got back the EXACT same email from BOTH companies (signed "Yony" on both) stating: "We’re sorry to apologize for the inconvenience. The order is out of stock and is being re-produced. Would you be willing to change to a product that can be shipped within 24 hours?" after which they provided a link and an offer to give me a 30% off coupon for my next purchase if I would switch to a different item. These are clearly connected and fraudulent companies using "bait and switch" tactics. "Solynna" and "ElevenOra", please cancel both orders and refund in full to the original form of payment immediately, or I will escalate further. If you will simply refund me for my purchases, I will not escalate further. If you need the order numbers: SY4870 for Solynna, EO5749 for ElevenOra. (Do not ask me to reply to customer support as I see you've replied to others on here, I've already done that. Cancel and refund immediately or I WILL escalate. You have 48 hours before I do so.)

I placed an order for my wife and the first dress did not fit. I contacted the company and they offered to send a replacement free of charge. The dress was great quality and my wife really likes it. I will buy again from this company.

What I received is a dress that's red and cream striped with red hearts, and the quality of the knit and style of the hearts aren't even the same as what was advertised. I paid $120 for the dress and was expecting quality, but what I got was a major disappointment and not at all worth what I paid.
