Impossible to adjust or tighten the straps. Took two men to change adjust the head height and the strap height. I had to take it out of the car and use my sons of one as once he’s in it’s impossible to tighten the harness on him it just doesn’t budge. Had high hopes for this seat but very disappointed will be returning.

So pleased I decided to purchase a car seat from Cosy N Safe. I must have searched through every website online ensuring I was buying the right one. The delivery was very prompt. The car seat exceeded our expectations. My main reason for choosing the Augusta I size was for the positive reviews about comfort. Very comfy seat and lovely material. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Great car seat, easy to install and well built.

Car seat arrived damaged - I’ve sent them three emails and submitted two website enquiries, all with images and I’m just being ignored. I don’t really know what to do, my next steps will be to report this as a chargeback to my bank as I don’t seem to be able to get a replacement or refund otherwise.

Edited 5/8/24 - after emailing them again and submitting another online form I am now contacting the bank for a chargeback as it’s clear they are not going to respond

Competitively priced and well-made seat, but it's hellishly difficult to install in the car. The instructions and accompanying video are not very clear and it's particularly complicated to feed the car's seat belt strap through the gaps in the back of the seat.

I initially thought the Apollo i-Size 360° Rotation Car Seat was good based on its apparent build quality and UK branding, but I had problems with achieving sufficient rear-facing recline for my newborn so opted to use the new car seat as a replacement for what my 4 year old was using.

When adjusting the head rest position part of the mechanism broke so I tried claiming against the warranty. After a week, the customer service response was to blame me for the fault and they would not accept a warranty claim. They ignore me when I provided further evidence that I had not used excessive force.

All in all, pretty poor customer service for a product that I thought would perform better given its price point and the home grown nature of the company.

Seems to be quite a few good reviews so maybe we have a faulty seat. The cozy and safe hudson seat we bought the straps were tight fr9m the start. We thought over time they would have loosened from use but they have gotten worse over time. It's now at the point where it's a struggle to get the straps tight enough and if you do it's a struggle to loosen them enough to get your child out! I have taken the seat out and checked the straps and there doesn't seem to be anything interfering with them ? Should of taken the seat back at the start!

Bought one last year at NEC baby show, good price, love the swivel feature, it has worked brilliantly for us now need one for granny’s car to transport growing 1yr old when mum goes back to work.

I would give this product a zero if I could, along with the customer service.
I bought the seat in clearance, just because it didn't have the original box. On the face of it, it looks a decent seat, but it's impossible to adjust and the straps are either too short or they've been threaded incorrectly.
I need a diagram of how the straps should be.
The product features the Union Flag in several places so I expected better quality, but the instructions are appallingly badly written and the illustrations microscopic.
As it stands, the product isn't fit for purpose.

Came and cannot tighting the straps surely these are tested before sending out not happy messaged twice heard nothing back

I bought a baby seat from this company last October in anticipation for when my daughter in law returned to work and I would have my Grandson. I have an issue with the seat moving excessively from left to right when fixed to the Isofix bars of my Volvo. I'm convinced this is a real safety issue. I have tried to get a an adequate reply to my safety concern since January. I have had to constantly chase replies to my emails and shirt videos I have filmed of the seat and to this day still have not an adequate answer to relieve my worries. They have said in one reply that I have not fitted the seart correctly and that I need to push the babyseat further to hear one more 'click' on the isobar arm. This is a physical impossibility and I've had two other people look at it. I've asked for a replacement chair on the 3rd March and still no response. Ive emailed again today. So be careful purchasing from this company. They don't seem to be interested in customer support or answering any safety queries efficiently.
