I ordered a guinea pig hutch which arrived over 2 weeks ago with the box torn to bits and the hutch smashed.
It was dumped in my front garden whilst not in and signed in my name by the driver so I didn’t even have the chance to refuse delivery.
Am still waiting for a resolution.
They are slow to respond and after making several silly discount offers to for me to keep it have finally agreed to take it back.
However as it is too big to fit in my car they need to collect which apparently can only be done during the week when we are working, they won’t collect at the weekend or give time slots during the week, just expect someone to be in waiting all day.
We did arrange collection last Friday when we had a day off but no one turned up.
Amazon don’t allow reviews about the company or damaged items or packaging on their website so the reviews on there are distorted and not a true reflection of this dodgy company.
Do not buy from cozy pet unless you are willing to take a chance and possibly be left out of pocket

0 Stars if I could. Rabbit run, not fit for purpose, flimsy and very unstable, damaged - some of the bars were not welded!!!!

Cannot assemble the dog crate because the holes have been drilled in the wrong places, I was offered 20% refund which I accepted so I could get someone to drill new holes. Now the case on EBay has been closed no refund has been received.
I would not have bothered with them if I had seen such a high number of negative reviews.

Contacted customer service to purchase replacement parts for well-used cage bought a few years ago. They sent the requested parts by courier at no cost to me at all.

Tried to order a cage from Amazon, only to be told they can't deliver to my address because their courier won't deliver. No options provided to source a different courier even after asking. Horrible customer service. Terrible company to deal with. AVOID!!

Bought a dog cage through Amazon and when we assembled it it was slightly too big for our vehicle. We took the cage apart and carefully repacked the item for return. We paid for the return of the item as oer distance selling regs. When the refund was processed Cozy Pet had charged a 30% restocking fee which is illegal under the distance selling regulations (it was within the 14 day cooling off period).
Received a snotty reply from Cozy Pet saying the item wasn’t packed as new (how is this possible anyway). Amazon are investigating and refunding me the missing 30% fee.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Awful people. Bought off amazon. Bittom tray is loose with space to escape and also flimsy so helpd up with books so flush to the metal part. I can modify and fix but eont even consider a partial refund of 30 quid for me to fix the unusable part of the cage which is the entire bottom layer. If the rats sit on it it sinks in the middle. Don't accept returns unless produce is new. It's 2 month old and used. You can't even put substrate in it as that alsos sinks the bottom layer and they won't consider a new bottom layer in case this is actually even a design flaw or defective part.

After reading the reviews yesterday after ordering a dog pen from them I was sceptical over my order, however 24 hours later and I’m absolutely over the moon, I’ve spent months looking for a cheap option to keep my dog from running loose and destroying my house when I’m gone, when I seen their extra large dog pen for 76.99 I knew it would be a steal, i then read the reviews and had my doubts but the order arrived NEXT DAY, where some places weren’t offering delivery for 3-5 days they had it on my doorstep within a day, not only that but the quality is impressive for the pricing and the size of it is perfect for my already above size dog, she has perfect amount of space to move comfortably and I know that she’ll be comfortable if left in there, not only that but the height is actually higher than anticipated, will definitely be ordering an extra one for my other dog as I know it would be a perfect area to keep them in when I’m not around to supervise them, 10/10 all round, don’t listen to the other reviews as they aren’t an accurate representation of the products.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.

The quality of this product is incredibly poor. A lot of the mdf was chipped and a number of the pre drilled holes don’t actually line up so when screwed in, the frame is slightly weaker than it should be. When coming to slide the top mdf into the frame. It kept ‘sticking’ on one side and I’m unable to get it in. Looking more closely, the aluminium frame was significantly distorted and the track was too narrow for the mdf to fit. When notifying the company if this (and sending images) I received very sarcastic responses and lack of acknowledgement of the issues raised. I’m now left with a crate that does not fit the purpose it was bought for.

Please please do not buy!!!

Avoid this company !!
After a dog crate became faulty ( the weld had clearly failed on one of the bars ) the company tried to blame the dog and had the most disgusting attitude towards it , passing the blame and not taking any ownership ! Working in retail myself this is not the kind of customer service you expect from a "reputable company" please find somewhere else to buy from it is not worth having to repurchase when your crate starts to fall to pieces !

Avoid like the plague!!!!!
One of the wires became loose and our dog started pulling at it (as any puppy would) so we pulled it outwards to stop her from hurting herself and when we told the 'company' they accused us of causing the damage and then accused us of being appalling pet owners who hadn't crate trained our dog and was leaving her for hours on her own!!!
Our dog has been in a crate at night since she was 8 weeks old and never damaged a crate for over 10 weeks till we got this crate!!! I'm absolutely disgusted with this company and will be taking this as far as I can!

My advice would be to avoid this company at all cost. I purchased an item that became faulty within the first month. I emailed them with the details and photo evidence. Their response was to accuse us of damaging the item and was appalling, when I emailed again asking for details of how to make a formal complaint, I was accused of being a unfit pet owner and made threats of reporting us to the rspca. This company simply does not care about its customers or the products they supply. We will be following it up with a report to trading standards.

I purchased the Pink Triangular Rabbit Run yesterday and received the next day early morning, fantastic delivery!

The Hutch was so easy to assemble and was just as desribed, its beautiful my Guinea Pigs love it.

What an amazing company!
Came in 48 hours of ordering.

Items arrived. Run was in perfect condition so easy to set up but sadly the hutch was very damaged.

The lady I spoke to on the phone of was lovely, friendly and sufficient and helped me every step of the way to get it resolved.

I would definitely recommend them and they have great customer service and would use them again

Customer service is just as bad as the products

Received a faulty hutch (the doors are incorrect).
I have emailed, filled out the contact form and have been trying to phone all week. No one answers the phone, no replies to email. Really poor service. AVOID.

This company supplied me with a product that was damaged
The packaging was not damaged at all so the product obviously been packed in a damaged condition.
They accept their responsibility whatsoever and tell me it is my responsibility to try and press the metal back into shape.

I search I cannot recommend that anybody buys any products from this company.

The lack of concern and lack of customer service is abysmal.

Brought 3x Blue 4ft rabbit hutches, easy to assemble & beautifully made. Accomodates the bunz nicely ^-^ 5* delivery service
