I ordered three dog beds , 2 for myself and one for a friend. They were ordered In July and I still haven’t seen them. I have contacted the company three times and have heard nothing in return. The beds have yet to be delivered and no refund either.

Same as many other reviews, I ordered a pet bed on July 12th per Facebook ad and still have not received. No replies to any emails.

I had to give one star to be able to let everyone know that this company is a scam. I ordered in July 2021 and never received the dog bed. The facebook post said free bed just pay shipping. I should have known better even though the shipping was almost $30.00. I tried emailing but got no response. I was blocked from the site so I can not comment.

I ordered there so called large bed that doesn't tear back in August. After continuous emails it arrive 5 weeks later. Still awaiting the remainder of my order blanket and bottle yet to be recieved. I have selected 1 star but would not even rate as they dont deserve it. Please look elsewhere for this type of product because this company is full of crap.

No issues at all. I ordered a cage for pet rats and the lady was very helpful as I had ordered the wrong one, she refunded me the difference and the new cage arrived next day. I had a tracking number for DHL which gave a time slot and it arrived. The cage is good quality and assembled well.
I think these negative reviews are getting the company confused with a similar sounding name as this one most definitely still exists and is easy to contact.
I would be happy to use these again.

Same thing happened to me. Ordered a bed for my cats and I never got it. Sent a message, no response. Company no longer exists. This has happened a couple of times with orders. So sick of these scammers being able to get away with this. They should not be allowed to sell anything on Facebook unless they're legit.

Same as everyone else. I ordered 2 beds in July. Got my shipping notification, etc. When I emailed to ask for an update (numerous times), no answer. Today I tried to report an issue wih my order through Shopify, and it doesn't exist anymore. ARGHHHHH!

Negative stars. Scammed. Saw the ad on IG. I will never order anything off IG or FB ever again. Every company is a scam and FB should be ashamed to allow it. I ordered in July, 2 beds. Received email they shipped. A month later, emailed asking where they were, no answer, emailed again, no answer. Went to check today and was going to call and when i clicked on the site, it no longer exists. Im pissed.

Seeing a pattern with everyone. My story is no different. Ordered 2 beds. Got order confirmation email and order shipped email. Never got them. Emailed 5 times, never got a response. Total SCAM! Sad thing is, beds were for my senior dog. He has since passed away. Never got the beds for my senior dying dog.

Excellent service, thank you. I don’t know why people are giving this company bad reviews. We ordered a chinchilla cage and received the next day. The quality of the product is fantastic and our chinchilla loves his new home. Would definitely buy from this company again

Wow wish i would had seen these reviews before getting a bed because I am in the same situation been a month waiting for the bed and I email and no reply. Im going to have to call my bank and see they can dispute the payment.

I GIVE ZERO STARS! DO NOT USE!!! This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with, if you are thinking about buying from them, then I advise you to just flush your money down a toilet, it would save you some time. I bought a rat cage for £130 and it arrived damaged, when we contacted Cozy pet they would not send parts or replace the item and they suggested that the damage would just push out! After a couple of emails trying to find a resolution, they stopped responding. This was over 2 months ago, in the end we had to apply for a refund through PayPal, which we have just received. The product was generally of a lower quality than I would expect and was very poorly packaged. This company should not be allowed to trade, we will be reporting this company to trading standards.

Spent £67 on one of their cages, for it to arrive broken and 2 weeks late!
Their email customer service are rude and couldn't care less once they have your money, they are refusing to give me my money back and saying i have to pay to send it back.

If there was less than one star that's what I use. This is 100% a scam. I ordered 2 beds. My order never shipped. No answer to emails. I am disputing the charge with my bank now. Stay away. Do not buy. Save yourself the aggravation.

I ordered two beds through Facebook back on June 2021. I searched on web found where I was able to enter in tracking# and found where they received my info and received payment. “cushypets.us”I have sent several emails that I have not received merchandise I will file a claim with the FTC for fraud and or scammers ....DO NOT ORDER FROM COZYPETS.US and or CUSHYPETS.US... no phone#to contact, would not give this 0 review had to select one

Same as everyone else, total scam—- emailed several times and nothing!! Saw it On IG and bought it. It seems they changed their name now too!

FRAUD ALERT!
My wife ordered 3 beds on July 13/21. Order confirmation received and credit card charged. A shipping confirmation was layer recieved but no product ever arrived and we are not receiving and response to emails. We will now dispute the charge.
