My new CPAP machine quit working 7 months after I purchased it. I was sent a return label and mailed the machine off right away to CPAP My Way. After a week, I emailed the company to ask about the status. I was told it was sent back to company for repairs. I sent another email asking if it was under warranty and was told yes. This was over a month ago. I have sent several emails asking about the status and the contact info of where the machine was sent. I HAVE RECEIVED NO REPLY. I am beginning to worry that I will never see this machine again and about the integrity of the company. Meanwhile, I have gone over a month with no decent sleep and need to come up with 1k to buy a new machine.

I ordered a ResMed Air Mini Travel CPAP from CPAP MY WAY. Used their "Prescription Service" and type of test I had at the VA. The Air Mini works fine. Problem is that I have to have Pacemaker implated for my heart and need F20 Full Face CPAP Mask with Headgear (Non Magnetic). You cannot have magnets near a pacemaker!!! I did not know this when the Air Mini was ordered and did not know I would need a Pacemaker. ResMed manufacturers the non Magnetic headgear but CPAP MY WAY does not carry them and will not order it. I've asked them to provide me with the script that was used to order the air mini so I can order the headgear from another supplier, but they have not provided it yet. They have promised to provide it twice now, but I get nothing from them. Very Disappointing customer service!!!

It isn't often that one has the pleasure of doing business with a company as honest and customer-centered, with a staff as well trained as CPAP My Way. I was replacing an old malfunctioning machine and didn't have the benefit of a recent doctor's prescription. I mistakenly ordered a CPAP instead of a BIPAP. Yamilet graciously helped me determine the appropriate replacement and promptly sent it to me. When I received it and used it the first night it was evident that several of the settings needed to be adjusted. Lily patiently walked me through the clinical settings menu and explained each function so that even I was able to understand them. If patience is a virtue, Lily is an exceptionally virtuous lady. Equally noteworthy is their competitive pricing. I enthusiastically recommend CPAP My Wy. You won't be disappointed.

Absolutely blown away by staff responsiveness and assistance in debugging a reporting issue. Needed a compliance report for DOT physical, and the CPAPmy way process could not have been simpler. I'll definitely be back when it is time to reorder supplies.

Prompt response to requesting a sleep test. Also quick results. I luckily don’t have sleep apnea. CPAP MyWay made it an enjoyable and simple process.

from this company cpapmyway.com, bought bipap auto package for 1,595.00 they sent me a broken and used machine. I sent it back and after waiting 1 month they sent me the same broken machine again. when i contacted them, they want the machine back and they said they would pay me back the amount i paid. they also got the machine back never refund to me, never paid me back. they hang up the phone in my face and they don't answer my e-mail's. do not shop cpapmyway.com it is not a reliable company at all be careful and don't order nothing.

This company was not willing to work with me, very dissatisfied customer. This machine does not work for me, no wonder CPAP only has 30-60% adherence rate. If you're one of the 40-70% who it does not work for, say goodbye to your money. They were not willing to work with me at all returning the $800 machine. I can not sell it on ebay because it's "medical" equipment. What a scam.

I had a problem with the product and the company refused to work with me. I finally filed a claim with my credit card company. After the dispute was resolved in my favor I got email and voice mail from Clay who said he was the owner calling me a thief. He said I was offered a partial refund which is not true. I have returned the defective items.
