I ordered a strap for my airfit cpap mask F20 (m). When it came it was too small. I phoned Elarix but was informed that they could not supply a larger one as the model was obsolete and mine was from remaining stock. The operator was very polite and helpful and agreed to refund my payment in full ( including postage). I have seen that that has been done.

Poor description, wrong item, poor return policy
I ordered a replacement head strap for a F20 mask. In their online catalog listing they do not tell you they have 2 F20 Head straps. One with magnets one without magnets. They fail to tell you that up front. Easy to pick the wrong one. It looks like it was designed to easily make mistakes. Resembling a scam. 40% restocking fee if they accept the return of an unopened item. £5 shipping each way so if I could return it I would only get £3 back from my £18.50 charge. How would you know it's the wrong item if you don't open it? I am still without the right one and feel terrible from poor sleep. Yes, I would say my purchase experience was horrible.

This company were amazing
This company were amazing, help on line when I needed it making ordering much easier and insured I received the correct parts for husbands machine. This part was delivered the next day as it was needed immediately. Highly recommended firm with wonderful UK perfect customer service.

I've placed an order from this people
I've placed an order from this people, order n. (CSU1302) and for my astonishment the items were not original resmed, by the cheap look of it I'm sure it was something that came from China counterfeit! First and last time I've order anything from this people!

The order was totally wrong
The order was totally wrong. They sent me the wrong cpap cleaner, when I asked to exchange they said that the one I ordered was discontinued and therefore I could not exchange it.
I ordered a mask kit and was only sent the frame
I ordered 2-brush cleaning pack only received one which got stuck in the tube and is therefore useless.
I would not order from this company again even though you think they offer you good value, they don't because they only send you what they want and not what you order! Very unhappy
