Rude/nonexistent support, will take your money but never ship your order

I was a return customer trying to order a new CPAP machine after my doctor had sent over my updated prescription. The sale went through and they charged my card, but the order remained in 'Waiting for prescription' status for more than a week.
I tried emailing and calling support, but couldn't get a response. When I finally got through to a human, they said the item had been out of stock for months and they couldn't find my prescription.
I asked if they were going to let me know either of those things or return my money at some point, but I was shrugged off. I haven't received my refund yet, but found out I can buy all the same gear for $100 less from ResMed.

Terrible Experience - Stay Away!!!!

Dealing with CPAP Supply has been one of the worst experiences in my 30+ years as a patient and physician. This company is disorganized, unethical, and entirely incapable of identifying and rectifying their errors. I have paid them and zeroed out my account twice, only to receive phone calls and invoices asking for more payments. I have given them confirmation codes which they claim they cannot track down. by all means do your best to stay away from this company - you will lose your shirt with these folks. and for some reason the better business bureau has been unwilling to take action. that's probably due to their well-funded lobbyists, who unfortunately donate to our representatives. This seems to keep them out of trouble. But the Internet is more accurate - do yourself a big favor and find other companies for your health needs.

DEFECT CUSHIONS

I purchased a F&P Simplus cushion for $49, it was defective. They sent another one , it was defective. I offered to send it back, they won't take them. I understand why they don't take them back. They tried telling me I order the wrong size, I ordered the same size I've been using for years. I sent a very clear picture of the two they sent me and the one I have and using. I showed them where the defect was in the pictures. They sent me a blurry picture back stating that the spot I was showing them was supposed to be there. My original cushion does not have this chip on it, it makes no noise nor does it leak. They offered me a 30% coupon thinking that would make it right, at the same time they were offering a 30% coupon to everyone. They then stated my frame was worn out, causing the noise and leak. I kept telling them if that was the case my original one would be doing the same thing. They treat the public as we are all stupid and don't know what we are doing. I am very disappointed that a medical supply company would take someone's health in there hands and try to manipulate it to there advantage to keep from making a legitimate defect right. But what do I know? Because I'm part of the stupid public.
I highly recommend the rest of the stupid public not to purchase from this site/company. They are smarter than the rest of us

Supplier is a Con Artist

Supplier is a Con Artist. The merchant charged by card for a CPAP machine, and told me it was back-ordered only AFTER I paid. 6 months, still no CPAP machine. Support phone number goes to full voicemail box. No response from multiple attempts to contact.
DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

PICK ANOTHER SUPPLIER!
1) Sales person incompetant. After a long discussion she directed me to order the wrong mask.
2) Sale person was dishonest. She said I could return the CPAP (not the mask) within 30 days. Turns out you can't. A flat out lie.
3) Shipping dept. is incompetant. They sat on an item for a week without telling me it was out of stock.
4) Web page is terrible - confusing, scattered, hard to navigate.
just buy whaterever you can from Amazon - this company is BAD

Don't order from CPAP-Supply.com

I've been ordering from CPAP-supplies.com for many years when I needed CPAP supplies, mostly with good results. But . . . this time things didn't go very well. I ordered a couple of masks and some tubing. After about 3 weeks with no action, I called them up and ask about the order and was told that the masks were on back-order. No biggie, so I waited. About 2 weeks later I got an email that my order had been delivered but I hadn't received anything. So I called them up and was told that the order had been delivered by the Post Office on such and such a date. When I indicated that I hadn't received the order, CPAP-supply said I needed to investigate things with the Post Office. This didn't seem right to me since I hadn't chosen or paid for the shipping directly, it seemed to me that this was CPAP-supply's problem. I thought they should have sent me a new order and they should deal with the shipping issues, but the discussion got progressively more heated and eventually CPAP-supply told me it was my problem and hung up on me. So now I'm basically out $124 and so I started down the long road of USPS red tape to try to collect some of my money. The USPS records indicated that the package had been delivered (I knew that, I suspect that they put the key in the wrong mailbox, someone else picked it up and didn't have the decency to bring it to me). At any rate, I found out that the package had $100 of insurance on it. I was told by USPS to put in a claim and they would also investigate the package on their side. They denied my claim (because they said the records said it was delivered, duh!) and I never heard back on the investigation. I have appealed the claim but I don't expect much. I've basically been taken for $124 and neither the USPS or CPAP-supply will do anything to help me (the customer) out. I will never buy anything from CPAP-supply again and I recommend you don't either! I won't even start on the discussion of the mess that is USPS and that our tax dollars pays for! Live and learn!

Received a defective machine.
Cannot return or exchange it since I had to open the box to determine that it was defective.
Have to pay a diagnostic fee, two way shipping, and whatever the repair costs if I want to use the warranty.

I bought the Resmed 11 cleanable water…

I bought the Resmed 11 cleanable water tub which uses tap rather instead of distilled water. Used it a few times. Each time I woke up with an extremely sore throat. Asked for them to take it back. They said no. I’m now back on my regular distilled water tub with no problems.

Hello, We are not able to take a used medical supply back. Water chambers should always use distilled or boil your water prior to using. We would suggest contacting your clinician about the sore throat as the water chamber itself would not cause that issue. Thank you

When pay for air shipping it should be fast

When you have a CPAP and pay for two day air the machine should be there in two days. Ordered Tuesday morning and it didn’t show up until the following Monday. Sat around with “label created” for a day. Called in on Friday and “nothing we can do”. There was - send me one overnight and stop the other one. Bad shipping and service.

Unable to return as it’s been more than 30 days since I purchased but received only 30 days after paying
I do believe $1180.00 should be enough qualifying for free shipping

I am very suspicious that the reviews here are for TWO different companies with similar names. After I picked up on that from reading the reviews, I went ahead and ordered. All was perfect. Price was much lower on one item and the same on all others. Product delivered on time.

Terrible experience - AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Terrible experience. Tried to contact them about my order - which STILL hasn't arrived...and for 2 hours of trying to reach the customer service number, it just says their representatives are "busy serving other customers" and to send them an email. WTH? I spend almost $300 on supplies that I STILL haven't received AND the company seems shady by not answering their phones? Not only that but I had to call my insurance company and cpapsupplies.com isn't actually the company - they are a subsidiary of Aeroflow Healthcare - who also doesn't answer their phones. Stay away from this company at all costs. Unreliable, unethical, unprofessional.

What a terrible company

What a terrible company. Should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered an n30i cushion, and in the questions section they stated clearly these are the quiet new ones. They sent an old cushion that is very loud and does not fit. Customer service said they could send whatever was in inventory. I sent emails weekly with no answer. Finally did live chat. First chat they said they would "check on it". 2nd chat the said I got what I ordered. They would not send the correct item and wanted me to pay for sending the wrong one back and then I'm supposed to order a new one that they will not even guarantee is the correct item they are advertising? Don't order here and fall for the scam.

I ordered my machine on Dec 15th 2021

I ordered my machine on Dec 15th 2021. A resmed airsense 10 with heated climate tube. It arrived on Feb 16, 2022. I have sent numerous emails for not receiving the heated climate line which was included in the set for a total of 1018.00. I have not heard from this company and look forward to posting this to warn all you patients thinking of using this company to do your research before throwing money at a company who doesn't care about you or follow up service. Run from them! Still haven't used the machine as am waiting to hear about return or charge-back.

FAST DELIVERY, EXCELLENT PACKING OF NEW CPAP

I sent in an order on February 14 for a new ResMed AirSense 11 Auto CPAP Machine to replace a 20-year-old ResMed model that was failing. My complete order was delivered to my door exactly 7 days later, extremely well packed and with nothing missing. I got the machine up and running without a hitch. I am impressed with the quality of the product and just as impressed at the quality of CPAP Supply USA's order fulfillment.

This site is a rip off. First time they offered free tubing no tubing received so I called and when I finally got through they forwarded to another location and then never returned the call. Second time they offered a discount and there was no code or discount provided. This site is a scam company. DO NOT USE.

I ordered a cpap machine and called to check on my order. They were very helpful and told me with the supply issues when it would be in. Almost to the day that is when it arrived. I called back when it arrived and Brittany in customer service was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have zero complaints about this company. I got a good price and am very happy I ordered from them.
