Ordered a £300 shirt for my boyfriend, when it arrives all the buttons are falling off, quality extremely poor for a brand priced so high, clearly no QC checks here. Currently awaiting a resolution from customer service but after reading reviews i'm doubtful I'll get a response any time soon.

I'll have more luck buying some thread and restitching all the buttons myself!! Disappointed and embarrassed that my boyfriend opened this and noticed straight away how poor the quality was as he's wanted a CP shirt for a long time :(

Sulla qualità niente da dire, servizio cliente è inesistente 50000 email per fare un reso e ancora adesso attendo il rimborso o al meno una risposta al riguardo pessima esperienza mia mai più nessun numero di telefono, se nn siete sicuri della taglia evitate sn da incubo giuro

Ordered a jacket for my son on a Thursday. It arrived from Italy four days later on the Monday. Nicely presented. Unfortunately although my son loved it, it was too small. We followed their instructions to put the tracking receipt on the front of the box and returned it via DHL. We returned it on the Thursday and received an email a week later saying they had received it. We received the refund three days later. I was worried based on reviews but the process was fine for us.

Reso parziale, mi hanno trattenuto circa 30 euro per non so ancora quale motivo, ho chiesto spiegazioni ma senza alcuna risposta. Mai più, vergogna pezzenti

se non ricevo il rimborso entro breve, faccio causa.
2 mesi per un rimborso non è tollerabile

The product is actually like pretty decent, but oh my days, the service is the worst I have ever witnessed it’s absolutely hilarious no matter how many times you try to text him they won’t answer you and then when I return my item which I did for 20 days ago I still have not received my money even though they say that I will get it back in max 14 days

Ich habe schon am 6.2.24 eine Bewertung abgegeben. Diese ist nun die Fortsetzung,
C.P.Company hat nun auf meine Mail reagiert,
aber außer einem Beleg über eine, angeblich am 30.01.24 geleistet Rückerstattung, die bis
heute nicht bei mir angekommen ist habe ich
nichts mehr gehört. Nun machen sie Paypal
dafür verantwortlich, wenn das Geld nicht kommt.Von dieser Firma würde ich Jedem abraten. Man hat nur Probleme und am Schluss bekommt man sein Geld erst nicht zurück. Das alles ist eine riesengroße Unverschämtheit. Eigentlich sollte man 0 oder
Minuspunkte geben können.

C.P. Company is per mail bereikbaar, maar reageert niet op de mails. Mijn recent gekochte jas is slecht afgewerkt en de kwaliteit is niet naar verwachting.

Purchased a C P hoodie and first wash in a respectable washing machine ( Miele washing machine) as per wash instructions and top has lots of baubles and the waiste band elastic has the stretched look!! Not what I expect from a £235:00 hoodie …you pay top money for a top product you’d expect to look top quality time and time again but it simply doesn’t feel top quality on the second wear shameful and a regrettable sum on money spent

Shocking support, had to raise 2 separate cases to get a response and still no update weeks later. Will never purchase from them again.

Servizio resi da INCUBO e servizio clienti praticamente INESISTENTE.
Acquisto da 600 euro circa e per restituire un capo da 200 mi trovo praticamente impossibilitato a farlo per l'assurda e incomprensibile procedura di reso e la totale mancanza di assistenza. Tra l'altro per il reso oltre a doverti pianificare da solo il tutto costa pure 12 euro.
Pollo io cmq.
I senzatetto hanno sicuramente piu dignità.

Disastrous after-sales service, more than a month and a half since I returned a jacket and I still have not received the money, always excuses

Following a recent purchase, my first CP Company Tracksuit, i tried on the bottoms to find the pocket had a hole in them. After reviewing the inside i noticed the overlocking stitch has been missed completely. After contacting customer services i received an automated message i would receive a reply within 1 days, (1 week 2 days later i am still awaiting a reply despite following up on my original message)! Wouldn’t recommend paying over £500 for a tracksuit to receive with poor quality and even less customer service. Extremely disappointed CP Company!

Very poor quality and service! I ordered a CP Clothing hoodie for my son for Christmas. When he tried it on we found a floor whereby the threading had not been finished and had caused a hole. I only wanted an exchange but CP Clothing instead accused us of making a hole. Genuine person here, I don’t do that. Giving the company 1 as there is nothing less. I am stuck with a £185 hoodie with a defect that can’t be worn. Thanks a lot. Will NEVER purchase CP again, buyer beware!!

Commande passée en novembre, encaissé le jour même au Luxembourg, aucun moyen de les contacter. Numéro de suivi inconnu..

Worst customer service EVER. No return label in package, had to pay muself for return shipping ! CP doesn't confirm anything. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Non posso proprio dare di più di una stella anzi forse anche meno.
Ho comprato un maglione €300 ma per motivi di taglia errata l'ho mandato indietro per il reso e contestualmente ho acquistato il nuovo maglione quindi altri €300.
Dopo molti giorni mi rispondono che non possono procedere al reso.
Chiedo allora indietro il maglione e come risposta ricevo che potevo andare a prenderlo in fabbrica - distanza per me oltre 1500 Km - o organizzare io la spedizione.
Quest'ultima però non semplice da effettuare poiché non conoscendo peso e dimensioni del pacco i varii corrieri non potevano effettuare il reso.
Alla fine um maglione mi è costato € 600.
Pessimo il servizio clienti raggiungibile solo per email.
MAI PIÙ CP COMPANY.
DIFFIDATE ASSOLUTAMENTE IL SERVIZIO È PESSIMO A LIVELLO DI SITI CINESI.

Crazy prices! Not worth a fraction of those prices and the quality is nowhere near what you would expect in that price range. Bought a sweatshirt and the dye bleached after just a few washes.

1) Ils proposent 10% de réduction si on s'inscrit à la newsletter ce qui est intéressant vu leurs prix. Je le fais et reçois un mail de confirmation mais pas de code Je leur dit mais ils répondent que le code est donné à l'inscription ! Je leur envoie une copie du mail reçu mais ils ne répondent pas.
2) Je commande quand même la veste et donc j'inscris mes coordonnées et demande la livraison dans un des points relais qu'ils proposent. Je vois alors comme adresse de livraison mon nom et l'adresse du point relais mais sans indiquer le nom de ce dernier. Pensant avoir fait une erreur je recommence 2 fois et a chaque fois c'est la même chose. Je me dis que c'est normal, qu'ils savent que c'est dans ce point relais et qu'ils mettent le nom du client. Ce matin je reçois un appel du livreur qui me dit avoir un colis pour moi mais qu'il ne me trouve pas à l'adresse indiquée ce qui est normal puisque c'est celle du point relais ! mes craintes étaient donc bien fondées, heureusement que le livreur m'appelle.
3) la veste à plus de 400€ est dans un carton à moitié ouvert. Elle n'est même pas emballée dans un sac en plastique. C'est inadmissible de vendre des articles à ces prix de cette façon.
J'ai eu de la chance de recevoir la veste mais c'est sûr je ne recommanderais pas sur le site car trop de risques de ne rien recevoir ou alors en mauvais état vu les emballages.

Ce sont des escrocs qui vole l’argent de pauvres gens! Sale fdp si j’arrive à vous avoir dans mes mains! Attention ne commander pas il ne vous prennent que votre argent. Et change de lien à chaque fois donc prenez garde. Au paiement vous vous en rendez compte car le rib se transforme en paypal
